סבירה בהחלט אך לא ברמה גבוהה כמו שהמחיר והפרסום של המלון

המיטה הייתה מאוד נוחה.

הבריכה הייתה בריכת שיכשושים ולא שחייה,המלון עצמו מעין מבוך כזה במיוחד שרוצים להגיע לספא. לא הייתה חנייה באזור המלון, בצ׳ק אוט ביקשנו בקבוק מים ואמרו לנו שיקח סביב ה30 דקות להביא לנו בקבוק מים. בסהכ סה״כ שהיה סבירה,המחיר לא מצדיק את השהות !!!

שירות גרוע, הצוות נותן לך להרגיש שהוא יעשה הכל לגרור רגליים אלא אם תכין טיפ שווה. ה טלויזה בחדר השינה לא עבדה כמו שצריך והיינו צריכים להמתין כל פעם לטכנאי שלהם שיואיל בטובו לחבר אותנו לערוץ ניו טיוב כדי שנשמע מוזיקה. בריכה עם משמעת צבאית, לא כוסות או שום דבר מזכוכית , לרבות בקבוק יין, אסור לעשן בשום מקום ואם כן אז לא ראינו , המחיר לא פרופורציונלי בשום צורה לתמורה. הקונסיולרית החמודה קיבלה אותנו בכניסה למלון ונער הוולה לקח לנו את הרכב ברוב טובו לחניון (לאחר שבטלפון נאמר לנו שאין מקום בחניה) אבל זה עד שהם פגשו אותי וזוגתי ברכב שעצר להוריד את המזוודות , אז נזכרו שיש חנייה אחרונה (רוצה להאמין שאיכשהו הרדמנו אותם כאן היא לפחות במראה האירופאי אצילי שלה) בכל אופן תחושה של מוזיאון (יפה אבל לא לשם כך התכנסנו) , אווירת נחיים, אין מוזיקה במלון כמובן למעט של המעליות , פוזה של שקט לומדים או ״משמרים״ את האין חיים כאן, הכל מאוד מאוד יקר (כולל חנייה ובירה שהזמנו שעלתה לנו 200 ש״ח .. ) קיצר עקיצה מאוד יקרה ולא מוצדקת . מציע בעיקר לשחרר טיפה את החור בתחת ולצאת מהפוזה הפלצנית של רוצים תבואו לא רוצים, אל.

Amazing hotel and world-class service!
​We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the entire hotel staff for their incredible hospitality! This is a place where guests are truly valued and cared for. From the very first moment, we felt so welcomed: Yuriy was incredibly helpful during check-in, guiding us to the perfect room and setting a wonderful tone for our entire stay.
​The rooms were absolutely pristine and spotless. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate, tidying up multiple times a day—it created a sense of absolute comfort, and we felt constant, thoughtful attention to every detail.
​The team’s 100% guest-oriented approach deserves a special mention. We were planning our wedding and looking for a bridal suite. Since Booking.com unfortunately doesn't have a specific option for such a special reservation, a few nuances and questions came up. However, Minel Turan came to the rescue and handled everything perfectly: he masterfully organized the room selection and helped us find the best locations and spots for our wedding photos!
​Upon check-in, there were still some minor details we wanted to adjust, and the team immediately went above and beyond, offering us an even better and more ideal option for our special day. No hassle at all, just a genuine desire to help.
​And, of course, a huge thank you to Adrian! He was incredibly helpful with our check-out, and on such a hectic day for us, he showed amazing flexibility regarding our departure schedule. Thanks to his kindness and understanding, we got that much-needed breathing room, allowing us to unwind and finish packing completely stress-free and without any rush.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its locationand history.
A major plus is the availability of parking, although there is no guarantee that free spaces will be available. Parking costs 120 NIS per day. The parking garage is underground, very narrow, and poorly ventilated. I would not recommend using the stairs, as they are unpleasant and poorly maintained. Walking past any staff or service area is accompanied by unpleasant sights and smells.
The hotel corridors are stuffy, and the air conditioning does not seem to work.
The staff never appear to know the answer to any question.
The windows of the main pool, which the hotel proudly calls an infinity pool, are so dirty and covered with bird droppings that it is difficult to see it as one. The pool area is very small and overcrowded. Empty cups and used towels are left everywhere, while the four staff members present did not seem concerned with cleaning them up.
The pool is only open until 6 PM, and the pool bar closes as early as 5 PM.
The room itself was comfortable and generally clean, apart from finding someone else’s hair in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was good, but the coffee was disappointing. The staff do not seem to know how to prepare coffee properly, and the coffee from the machine was simply terrible.

Overall, the hotel does not feel luxurious or prestigious as advertised, mainly because of the poor service and lack of attention to detail.

A perfect stay
Pros:

The rooms, facilities, and breakfast were all absolutely fantastic. The hotel is in a perfect location right by the sea, offering amazing views of the beach and the Tel Aviv skyline.
There was a billing error at checkout where we were mistakenly charged twice, which took some time to sort out. However, the management team was very nice in the end and went out of their way to make things right. We really appreciated their final efforts to resolve the issue and ensure we were happy.
