גם שהיה משהו קטן שלא אהבנו ג׳ויס טיפלה בנו באופן אישי ודאגה שנצא מרוצים מהחופשה ,נשמח לחזור שוב להתארח במלון .
הכל היה מצויין
חוויה גרועה - הגענו , הבריכה הייתה בשיפוץ (לא נאמר לנו) , אין כמעט עובדים במלון , בעקבות השיפוץ היה מלא רעש , עזבנו את המלון לאחר כ 4 שעות - ועדיין חייבו אותנו על 3000 שח ללילה

1/5 — Extremely disappointing. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world and have never written a review, but my experience at The Setai was so bad I feel I have to. I was there to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday, but from delayed check-in to a room with a ceiling leak, broken TVs, a broken safe, and another bathroom leak, nothing worked as it should. Communication was poor, the front desk often didn’t answer, and at one point I was even told to go next door to watch TV. Most unacceptable was that five workers entered my room without proper explanation while I was inside. The only positive was Shlomo from maintenance, who was kind and tried to help, but overall the experience was completely unworthy of a hotel of this standard.

העמידו אותנו חצי שעה ביציאה כדי לבדוק עם אכלנו את הסינקרס (שוקולד שהיה בחדר ) או לא ועל קופסת אגוזים של אולי 50 גרם ובקבוק מים קטן שילמו 105 שח ממש מוגזם !!!!
מכלול תנאים לא משביעי רצון מחניה , שירות בבריכה , מיקום המלון ועוד. נאלצנו לחנות רחוק מאוד , מעלית החניה התקלקלה , שירות לקוי בבריכה , חדר קטן ובכלל יקר ולא מצדיק .

The food in the buffet was really good. Comfy beds, bathroom, nicely working AC.

The service for the money you pay leaves much to be desired. I asked a waiter for a tea during a buffet dinner and she guided me to the place in buffet where I can make my own tea :) I payed 400 shekels for a dinner by the way :)
