Frühstück war sehr gut und authentisch! Die Lage mit dem Ausblick auf das offene Meer war phänomenal. Der kleine Balkon rundete den Komfort des schönen Zimmers perfekt ab. Die Klimaanlage war sehr angenehm an diesen heissen Tagen

We were a group of seven. Four adults and three teenagers. Rooms are nice, basic but clean. So central so it is really an ideal location. Within 5 mins walk of main town. Was nervous as I saw the pool was small but it was perfect. Breakfast was lovely. Plenty of choice. Cleaner was lovely, reception staff lovely. Pool man was quite rude on a few occasions and did not seem to like teenagers which was a pity. Overall, a lovely trip to a great place and ideal location and would return. Thank you.

Been coming to this Hotel for Fifteen years now at least once and over past five years now twice, so this alone says every thing there is to know about the Hotel and location. Staff very efficient and always found them friendly and helpfull.
Rooms do what it says on the tin lol.
If you are given a front facing room or indeed pay the additional 20 Euro a night surcharge, the view makes the Holiday, even if it can get a little noisy late night.
Big plus in summer months the aircon is included, not like some places in Greece where they want 10 to 20 euros extra a night, which added to Hotel Taxes in Greece makes a very unpleasant arrival experience if not budgeted for.
Hotel right on the front near Centre and flat walking along to Marina one way and Castle Boats the other way.
Turkey has gone up in price like every where around the world, but we still find in good value if you shop around and dont get taken for a ride by Fake Irish Bars and venues like Planet Yuka etc.
Lots of holiday makers have been to Kusadasi several times and often repeat visitors to this lovely Hotel so just ask for a few recommendations about best value places to dring eat etc.
Breakfasts do the job of filling you if your open minded and are happy with fresh fruit cerials bread cheese eggs etc and view from top floor breakfast room is fantastic way to start your day.
There is also a small pool on the roof and enough sunbeds to go round we always found. Again the vista looking out to sea and the Cruise ships docked in the Port terminal just up the road are fantastic.
We are back again on the 7th September 2026 and cant wait to see everyone again.
We travel with Jet2 and find the prices even for 2027 reasonable.
We budget as a couple around 100 euros a day and often have change over 14 days to buy our duty free at the airport with it 200 plus euros.
Budget around 50/60 pounds a night for decent meal for two with drinks. Wine if wanted a bottle plus another 20 pound as it can be expensive.
You can get a Bottle of Efees Amstel etc for around 200 lira so just over three pounds as I write.
I can shop around and in ex pat bars get draft Tuborg etc for arounf 160 to 180 so not bad when a bottle in a geece Island can easily be twive that price at 6/7/8 euros
Dont get me wrong I am not knocking Greece at all and if prices were on a par would perfer it as I love Pork meat etc lol.
Although you can get Pork Bacon and Sausage in Kush as well on a Fry up in a Bar or extra in Hotels.

Non era la prima volta, Derici è il migliore hotel di Kuşadası. Giorno e notte raggiungi tutto con pochi passi, assolutamente confortevole, e il piccolo balconcino vista mare è preziosissimo e indispensabile. Al Derici mi sento a casa e la fine della giornata in piscina con aperitivo è spettacolare.//Derici, Kuşadası’nın en iyi oteli. Burada ilk kez kalmıyorum. Günün her saatinde her yere birkaç adımda ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Otel son derece konforlu; deniz manzaralı küçük balkon ise benim için çok değerli ve vazgeçilmez. Derici’de kendimi evimde gibi hissediyorum. Günün sonunda havuzda bir aperitif eşliğinde geçirilen zaman ise gerçekten muhteşem

This is my 3rd year to stay in the derici hotel and as usual every thing is perfect the room was spotless fresh towels every day I can’t fault this hotel the staff are very helpful and always look are us when we stay the location is perfect too thank you team derici see you in 6 weeks for our next stay with you 👍

Brillant hotel right in the middle of everything shopping 2 min walk

Second visit to the Derici.Cant beat the location.Friendly staff, Good breakfast spotless rooms although dated.. Amazing views from the port.Restful rooftop pool with y small bar for refreshments and lunch etc..er will return again.

Me and my wife Staying at derici hotel for 2 weeks in July was excellent cleanliness, staff,bedrooms were good size highly recommend and great location

My first time visiting Turkey & booked to go to Kusadasi for my partners 65th Birthday treat - he had always wanted to see Ephesus...after reading quite a few negative reviews about the Derici ( theft from the rooms,outdated decor & even illness caused by uncleanliness & food poisioning ) before our holiday,I wasn't really sure what to expect however,we were in room 106 around the back of the hotel with views of the municipal building & it's green grassy area with sculptures aligning the central walkway.Our balcony was on a corner so we could see onto the sea,the cruise ships & the hand of Peace sculpture.The hotel is well maintained,super clean,the staff are polite & welcoming.Breakfast is buffet style with hot cooked varieties of food,fruits,salad vegetables,meats,cheeses,lots of different breads & pastries,cereals,yoghurt,jams,spreads,fruit juices,coffees ( machines) & different teas to choose from.The views from the breakfast rooms are spectacular & the waiting staff have a smile waiting to greet you each day - so welcoming & helpful.Our cleaner on the first floor ( Laila ) was so lovely also! Room cleaned daily,bedding changed if you requested,fresh towels also.There is a pump dispenser of hand soap beside the wash basin,a shower gel/shampoo one in the shower cubicle & a hairdryer in the bathroom also.Safety deposit box costs 100 turkish lira per day to use and advisable for peace of mind when being mindful of any valuables,documents & passports. I hope i've covered everything here! No negatives here! No complaints whatsoever about the Derici.One more thing - the rooftop pool - small but compact,clean - plenty of sunloungers ( take your own towels as the hotel does not provide then nor does it allow you to use the towels provided in your room ) parasols aplenty & spectacular views to boot!
The Derici was fab for us & a sanctuary to escape the relentless harassment from the sales people in the shopping areas - that was a huge dislike for me! So,lets wrap this review up - hope i've covered everything 😊

Location was amazing right in the centre of town,hotel is opposite the beach and marina, you can see the cruise ships that dock there daily from your balcony. The hotel itself is spotless and the staff are very friendly and professional especially Ali who was on reception, he was very helpful and courteous at all times ,nothing was a problem to him. The rooms were clean and comfortable only complaint, the aircon could do with upgrades. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and would definitely return.

Great hotel very kind nothing too much from staff this is my 6th time here service 5 star from breakfast to pool area to reception

First off I want to say that the location of this hotel is great. It’s right on the front and near everything.
The room was ok if not dated. Cleaner came every day and was very polite.
The food was what let this hotel down.
I am by no means a fussy eater so when I’ve paid for it I’ll almost force myself to eat. However it was so bad that after the second night we didn’t go back.
The choice for hot food was 4 hot plates.
This was either a meat stew or a fish stew.

After the second night my partner got food poisoning and was in bed the following day.
I spoke to the staff and they just shrugged and said it wasn’t their food.
On the last day whilst waiting for our checkout we got chatting to other couples who had also got food poisoning the same night.
I had to go to a pharmacy and buy sickness tablets.
Avoid the food at this hotel is all I can say.
Plenty of great restaurants around and you’ll spend a lot less than it did to pay for half board.

Lage.

We stayed hear last week and my friends money was stolen from our room, when we got back from the beach and noticed we brought it to staffs attention. They talked in Turkish while laughing to each other. Was no help wouldn't allow us see cameras, management never even spoke with us just receptionist, I asked them to phone police they wouldn't even do that told us go to police ourselves. Then told us cameras showed no-one had entered our room atal when the cleaner admitted been in our room, but funny part was she didnt even clean the room so why was she in there ? Was told so many lies
