Bel hôtel.

Chambre très propre et beau complexe. Amabilité du personne.

Cons:

Nous avons reçu un message de l'hôtel car la piscine était en panne et pour les séjours jusqu'au 12/06 inclus la demi-pension était offerte. Nous arrivions le 12/06 et nous avons dit OK pour la demi-pension du 12/06 et de nous réserver une table. L'hôtel a confirmé.
Lorsque nous avons voulu manger le Vendredi 12/06 au soir, notré réservation n'a pas été pris en compte et le personnel nous a dit que la gratuité n'était plus d'actualité car la piscine était réparé;
Ce que je trouve anormal, et nous l'avons dit au personnel, c'est que personne ne nous ait prévenu et en plus le restaurant était complet et nous avons dû aller trouver un restaurant qui nous accueille sans réservation. Malheureusement, aucun geste ne nous a été fait en contrepartie (réduction, boisson offerte, prix sur la pension de notre petit chien etc...).

Das Frühstück war toll, eine gute Auswahl aus Herzhaftem und Süßem, Müsli, frischem Yoghurt, Kaffee.
Aus dem Fenster über dem Bett konnte ich in den Himmel und die Berge schauen 😍
Besonders toll war die Sauna nach mehreren Tagen des Wanderns.
Der Service war großartig. Das Hotel hat mir noch vor meiner Ankunft ein Upgrade angeboten, weil der Pool durch Bauarbeiten noch beeinträchtigt war. Aber ich wollte sowieso nur in die Sauna. Ich fand das sehr entgegenkommend!
Auch das Abendessen war wirklich fein. Ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, etwas Besonderes.

Very good and staff very helpful. Locker rooms were a bit difficult to navigate but that is a minor issue
