Soggiorno rilassante
Pros:

Soggiorno molto piacevole e rilassante. Struttura moderna e pulita, con comodo parcheggio e ampio giardino. Staff molto cordiale e professionale. Colazione buona sia dolce che salata.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’upgrade ricevuto.

Cons:

L’erogatore del sapone e dello shampoo, solo come gusto personale. Aggiungerei una piccola scatola di veline facciali in bagno.

Posizione, pulizia camere, SPA, struttura in generale piuttosto curata. Avendo fatto formula B&B nn posso valutare il ristorante

Il servizio colazione direi un vero disastro.
Premessa. La nostra richiesta è sempre stata la stessa e direi (almeno per noi), piuttosto semplice .. quasi elementare.
1 cappuccino ed un latte di soia macchiato.
Ebbene, l’unico in sala in grado capire cosa volessimo e’ stato Alessandro, peccato ci sia stato solo x 2 mattine.
Una mattina abbiamo lasciato tutto e siamo usciti al bar.
Decisamente bocciata la formula self service con cappuccio chimico .. ovviamente latte di soia inesistente.

Mi piacerebbe tornarci.
Pros:

Ottimo hotel. Posizione centrale. Immerso nel verde. Ottima spa. Personale gentilissimo. Bravissimo il direttore, Matteo. Tutti carinissimi anche col nostro cane.

Cons:

Si può migliorare la tv: pochi canali, ogni tanto disturbati.

L’ organizzazione in generale, non all’altezza della struttura che avrebbe grandi potenzialità. Vista la vastità degli spazi sarebbe il caso di creare zone adult only almeno per la colazione.

Great location to explore Alagna
Pros:

The location is excellent, the spa facility is great, particularly enjoyed the free merenda. Friendly staff always helpful, very kid friendly environment. Easy parking next to the property.

Cons:

Nothing but please consider Alagna as a city is very expensive even in summer.

greta family hotel to spend some time.
Pros:

great family hotel and the rooms are really nice. The breakfast was superbe. Swimmingpool is nice, sauna great. Ide&ally located and they have a possibility to charge electric cars.

Cons:

Just a pity that the pool is only open after 11. If you are there with small children it would be ideal to swim in the morning.. for the rest everything was perfect
