La stuttura è realmente valida, così come i servizi offerti e la disponibilità e la professionalità dello staff. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, ma i servizi e le stanze meritano.

Cons:

Maggior attenzione e everifica dell'afflusso dei fruitori nella spa. Basterebbe che il personale presente verificasse con più costanza quanta gente sia presente contemporaneamente per rendere più godibile il servizio. Due pecche, ma per un servizio dichiaratamente di eccellenza. Non è possibile ignorare fino al mattino una richiesta di due cuscini in più e, certamente, non precisare (non tanto per il costo in sè) che delle cialde di caffè extra (oltre alle due di normale omaggio al check in) fossero a pagamento. Una scivolata a fronte di un servizio per il resto valido.

Great place for a 3 night stay. Helpful staff and great location,
Pros:

Great location, very spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Spa facilities. Shuttle bus to piste.

Cons:

Queue for tea and coffee at breakfast. Hotel bar only open 4-6pm and spa not open until 11am. Also shuttle bus finished at 5pm

והקרבה לאתר הסקי רק כמה דקות הליכה

התקמצנו על מגבות, כוסות סכו״ם חד פעמי בחדר… חבל!!

Bella struttura, ma al di sotto delle aspettative qualità prezzo per merenda e colazione.
Pros:

Location ottima per escursioni, SPA e Piscina riscaldata molto belle.

Cons:

Orario di Check-In alle 16, praticamente entri in struttura a giornata finita. La merenda Sinoira veramente misera, assimilabile ad un pessimo spuntino da aperitivo, con pietanza vecchie e avanzate dalle colazioni. Siamo stati nella struttura 2 anni fa ed era completamente diversa. Sul sito la merenda è ancora descritta come "un break-time sontuoso per tutti i palati: pane, marmellata da gustare con il burro della latteria, pizza e focacce, formaggi e salumi del territorio, accompagnati da deliziosi dolci vi aspettano. In più una sorpresa diversa tutti i giorni: due piatti caldi, zuppe e ricette tipiche della tradizione per coccolarsi dopo una giornata passata all'aria aperta (bevande escluse)"

Bili smo u deluxe suite i sve je bilo kako treba i kako je opisano

Ocena je niza samo iz razloga zato sto u apartmanu nije bilo nikakvog pribora za kuhinju (noz,viljuska,tanjir,case) apsolutno nista.Dobijete celu opremljenu kuhinju u aprtmanu ali mozete samo da je gledate.U hotelu skoro niko ne govori Engleski..

Anläggningen är mycket fin, bekväm och håller en hög standard. Den ligger relativt nära liftsystem och restauranger. Vi har bott här många gånger och väljer att komma tillbaka.

Cons:

I Italien förväntar man sig riktigt bra kaffe. Detta ska vara en 4-stjärnig resort men då måste kaffet bli bättre. Nu får man ofta stå i kö till en medioker kaffemaskin. Den allmänna servicenivån hos personalen kan också förbättras.
