Bella struttura, ma al di sotto delle aspettative qualità prezzo per merenda e colazione.
Pros:

Location ottima per escursioni, SPA e Piscina riscaldata molto belle.

Cons:

Orario di Check-In alle 16, praticamente entri in struttura a giornata finita. La merenda Sinoira veramente misera, assimilabile ad un pessimo spuntino da aperitivo, con pietanza vecchie e avanzate dalle colazioni. Siamo stati nella struttura 2 anni fa ed era completamente diversa. Sul sito la merenda è ancora descritta come "un break-time sontuoso per tutti i palati: pane, marmellata da gustare con il burro della latteria, pizza e focacce, formaggi e salumi del territorio, accompagnati da deliziosi dolci vi aspettano. In più una sorpresa diversa tutti i giorni: due piatti caldi, zuppe e ricette tipiche della tradizione per coccolarsi dopo una giornata passata all'aria aperta (bevande escluse)"

Bili smo u deluxe suite i sve je bilo kako treba i kako je opisano

Cons:

Ocena je niza samo iz razloga zato sto u apartmanu nije bilo nikakvog pribora za kuhinju (noz,viljuska,tanjir,case) apsolutno nista.Dobijete celu opremljenu kuhinju u aprtmanu ali mozete samo da je gledate.U hotelu skoro niko ne govori Engleski..

Pros:

Anläggningen är mycket fin, bekväm och håller en hög standard. Den ligger relativt nära liftsystem och restauranger. Vi har bott här många gånger och väljer att komma tillbaka.

Cons:

I Italien förväntar man sig riktigt bra kaffe. Detta ska vara en 4-stjärnig resort men då måste kaffet bli bättre. Nu får man ofta stå i kö till en medioker kaffemaskin. Den allmänna servicenivån hos personalen kan också förbättras.

Awesome value for money.
Pros:

The staff was genuinely kind, cared and nice.
Pros:

The Spa, the breakfast, the staff were very friendly!

Cons:

No lights stay on in the hallways. No soap in the bathroom. The key to access the room is very sensitive, if you press to hard it just rings the doorbell. Someone should walk EVERY guest to their room at check in so they know where to turn on the lights in the hallways and how to use the key for the room.

Wonderful stay, Great location and a nice Spa/Sauna area.
Pros:

Comfortable rooms, great location and a lovely Spa/Sauna to relax in after a day of skiing.
Breakfast was excellent, with a large assortment of options for all tastes. The included afternoon tea was also a lovely surprise. Friendly, helpful staff.

Nothing.

מלון נהדר שמספק את התמורה למחיר. חבל שהאינטרנט חלש מאוד ושארוחת הבוקר לא מספיק מפנקת

החדרים נוחים, הספא מצוין, המיקום טוב, הצוות נחמד מאוד. המיטות נוחות.

Cons:

ארוחת בוקר קצת משעממת וחוזרת על עצמה. היה אפשר בקלות לשפר אותה. הביצים היו כנראה מאבקה, ואם לא, הן מטוגנות בצורה מוזרה. לא היו מספיק ירקות, או בכלל לא. לא ברור למה יש כל כך הרבה עוגות כל בוקר שאף אחד כמעט לא נוגע בהן כי הן ברמה סבירה מינוס. את אותה ההשקעה עדיף להמיר לפחות עוגות אבל ברמה גבוהה יותר. בנוסף - האינטרנט ממש לא עובד טוב, ולכן עברנו להשתמש באינטרנט של הטלפון.

Ottima posizione con possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente con apposito pass fornito dall’hotel; colazione ottima e con vasta scelta; stanza moderna e curata; spa e piscina di dimensioni adeguate; bello il solarium e la vasca per i bambini.

Cons:

Premettendo che non è attinente alla struttura, segnalo che diversi clienti non rispettavano il regolamento per accedere a sauna e bagno turco poiché indossavano costume da bagno e infradito.

Not a well-run hotel

Good location and a pretty new hotel.

Cons:

Check-in time is from 4pm and they seem to have a policy not to give anyone their room before that time. We arrived at 3.30pm and the reception area was full of people waiting for their rooms. We had to wait until 5pm (!!!) until we got our room, and the front desk staff lied to us multiple times. ”You will have the room in 10 minutes” (which he said at 4.05pm) and ”I will ask the manager to see if you can get a discount”. Both lies. They had a bar there but didn't even offer us a drink while we were waiting.

Nella camera dove ho alloggiato andrebbe rivisto la posiIone della televisione. Nel senso che se dal letto vuoi vedere la Tv è difficoltoso e/o quasi impossibile.
