Camera calda, pulita, staff disponibile, colazione abbastanza buona e abbondante. Buona posizione per visitare il posto.

Cons:

Ho prenotato da Pasqua a Pasquetta per poter usufruire della spa, siamo arrivati alle 13 e ci hanno dato la camera solo alle 16 per poi dirci che si poteva usufruire della spa con i bambini fino alle ore 18 , perciò il tempo di mettere giù le cose in camera che abbiamo dovuto fare tutto di corsa subito, anche perché ci hanno detto che il check out andava fatto l’ indomani alle 10.30 , mi aspettavo almeno di soggiornare fino alle 15 e darci più tempo per fare le cose con calma…prezzi un po alti per quello che offrono!

Non c’è finestra in bagno. la porta delle stanze è come se non ci fosse non isola i rumori. Alcuni Servizi da migliorare.

La stuttura è realmente valida, così come i servizi offerti e la disponibilità e la professionalità dello staff. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, ma i servizi e le stanze meritano.

Cons:

Maggior attenzione e everifica dell'afflusso dei fruitori nella spa. Basterebbe che il personale presente verificasse con più costanza quanta gente sia presente contemporaneamente per rendere più godibile il servizio. Due pecche, ma per un servizio dichiaratamente di eccellenza. Non è possibile ignorare fino al mattino una richiesta di due cuscini in più e, certamente, non precisare (non tanto per il costo in sè) che delle cialde di caffè extra (oltre alle due di normale omaggio al check in) fossero a pagamento. Una scivolata a fronte di un servizio per il resto valido.
