Nice experience
Pros:

We got a free upgrade to a 1-bedroom suite that was very spacious. Although we didn't use our kitchen, it seemed to have all of the basics. The front desk staff was very welcoming. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want, from make-your-own waffles to eggs to oatmeal with ton of toppings. We didn't love that both treadmills were not working in the gym - hopefully they will be fixed soon. Overall, our room was clean and quiet. We could walk to a few nearby restaurants.

Slow start . . . GREAT STAY!

Unfortunately . . . I checked in via the app for my stay and could not receive a mobile key due to the card on file expiring. While I listed my check in time (1:30am), I found out that once the “night audit” is complete, one has to wait until

Whew! At any rate, I got a great room and received EXCEPTIONAL care via Ashley, Ashley, Ms. Baldwin (AGM) and Tasha.

Service was impeccable! Ms. Baldwin is extremely knowledgeable and professional!

I live in another state and know that when I am in the Piedmont Triad Area of NC, I’m staying at this property!

Breakfast and the engagement of employees Tasha and Ashley . . . 💯!

The employee that helped us with check-in did what he needed to do, but was not the dude to be working with people. No smiles, barely any manners or politeness. The woman who helped us check out was much more suited for the job. Eye contact, engagement and a smile goes a long way. The room was fine - the bathrooms and bedding were clean and tidy. The sitting area and kitchenette needed some extra attention. Kitchen floor was sticky, the sink had some build-up where sink meets counter, couple of the dishes were not cleaned entirely. Finally, there was some glass / metal shavings right outside our door which was leftover from a repair man. An associate came up and vacuumed the bits up and thankfully we caught it before our barefooted kids walked through it. The associate at checkout, mentioned earlier, gladly gave us a discount and apologized. We slept well, got cleaned up and had a safe place to stay, but felt we overpaid due to the lack of attention to cleanliness and safety.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

This is a great place to stay. It was clean and convenient to my appointment. We had a king suite. Bed was very comfy. It’s close to several good restaurants and grocery stores.
Now for the staff:
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I lost my purse and everyone worked so hard to help find it. They went above and beyond! THANK YOU MATTHEW FOR FINDING IT!! This hotel has the best manager and staff! We will be back.
