Limestone Boutique Hotel

A fantastic location, safe and quiet. Hosts were super friendly and the breakfast everyday was delicious & super fresh fruit. Easy access to Tam Coc and all the spectacular natural attractions. Local food restaurants really good value and clean with great food. Beautiful peaceful place.

Un accueil très chaleureux et dévoué. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Emplacement top. Au calme à 400 m d’un quartier familial où il y a plein de petits restaurants. Le patron essaie qq mots et phrases en français. Prêt de vélo location de scooter.

Tout a été incroyable. Le petit déjeuner est très très bon, les hôtes sont très sympas et accueillants et la chambre était super aussi :)

The views from the views were amazing from the hotel,Dzung and his wife made our stay amazing we felt as if we were part of the family, Dzung was very helpful on things to do and what to see around Ninh Binh ,once I couldn't recommend Limestone homestay and Dzung and wife highly enough,100% will staying there once again thankyou kind regards Ettore and Thuy

V tomto hotelu jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Pokoje byly krásné, čisté a postele měly opravdu kvalitní matrace, takže jsme se skvěle vyspali. Velkým plusem byly také nádherné výhledy z pokojů do okolní přírody, které dodávaly pobytu klidnou a příjemnou atmosféru.
Ubytování je navíc dobře dostupné a zároveň se nachází mimo rušný městský ruch, což jsme velmi ocenili.
Snídaně byla každý den výborná – vždy jsme se předem domluvili na tom, co si dáme, a vše bylo čerstvě připravené. Obzvlášť jsme ocenili čerstvý pomerančový džus a ovoce, které nechyběly ani jeden den.
Hotel má také velký bazén, u kterého se skvěle relaxuje.
Majitel, jeho žena i syn byli velmi přátelští, milí a ochotní se vším pomoci, což celý pobyt ještě zpříjemnilo. Zvlášť bychom chtěli poděkovat majiteli za jeho přístup v situaci, kdy jsme měli střevní potíže po jídle z restaurace – maximálně nám pomohl, připravil nám dietní jídlo a nabídl i pozdější check-out.
Určitě můžeme tento hotel doporučit a rádi se sem někdy vrátíme.

Just checked out from my stay at Limestone View Homestay and all I can say is that this home is an incredible place to see Ninh Binh from. The location is excellent because it’s such a quick ride to all the major tourist attractions, but it’s secluded enough to get a break from the city. The family who owns and runs the home-stay are so kind and thoughtful. Breakfast is offered every morning upon request and all the ingredients are picked up the same morning at a local market. Our breakfast of Bun Cha was the best I’ve eaten through my stay in Vietnam.
And the views! Oh my GOD the view from the rooms and the rooftop pool and the dining area are unreal. It feels like looking at a postcard, but it’s right in front of you. The room was clean, the bed was nice and firm, and the ac unit cooled the room down to about 70*F.
And then to top it off, the host family greets you by name when you walk in, gives you a hand drawn map of the local sights to see and places to eat, and will help you flag down your Grab driver.
My husband and I loved our stay here. We felt so welcomed from the second we stepped inside. The next time we’re in Ninh Binh, we won’t stay anywhere else, and we’ll be encouraging our parents to stay here as well. Thank you to Mr. Dzung and your family for an incredible experience! We can’t wait to visit again!

The location was great! Not too busy with a beautiful view and a very nice room. We loved the friendliness of our hosts, Dzung and his wife. They were always there for us and helped us with everything. The
view was amazing and the homemade breakfast was a nice start of our day.

Amazing location and the perfect base for us to explore the area. I can’t recommend the location enough there is great views from every room. The host and his wife are incredibly kind and helped us plan and coordinate everything we wanted to do in the area. Gave great recommendations for where to eat as well. Trust them!

We enjoyed this part of our trip so much. While we were very comfortable and well taken care of while we were there, we really enjoyed having conversations and getting to know Dzung and his family. His pride for his home, the area surrounding, and his country is evident and appreciated.

Home cooked breakfast everyday was wonderful. Location was in perfect central location.

The host, Dzung, is very warm and friendly—he enjoys chatting with guests and is always happy to help with any requests. The room is spacious with a beautiful mountain view, and the breakfast is carefully prepared by him and his wife. The rooftop offers a stunning view. The property is also conveniently located just a short distance from the Trung An boat dock.

Dzung and his family were the most wonderful hosts!They made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Breakfast each day was great and very filling! The room was very spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Dzung was so helpful with information about local places and plans, and organised anything we asked him to assist with, so quickly and easily. Location is perfect if you are interested in doing the river boat tours in either Trang An or Tam Coc. Our entire stay was perfect and we highly recommend a stay at Limestone View Homestay.
