Glad to stay with Mr Dzung and Ms Dep. They went beyond to make sure our stay were enjoyable. The location is perfect as you can bike to most of the attractions such as Mua cave, Trang A boat tour and Tam Coc town and boat tour, breakfast were well prepared. Room was spacious and clean

Amazing hotel! We had such an awesome stay with such a cool view! We were treated with such kindness by Dzung and his wife. They were so gracious, charming and helpful. He provided us so much helpful information about the town and activities, loaned us bikes to use for the day, and they made us a great breakfast every day. Our room was great and we got to explore so much of the town! A huge thanks to Dzung and his wife for facilitating such a great time in their beautiful town. An 11 out of 10!

Our family of 4 (includes 2 teenagers) really enjoyed our stay here. Wonderful family run homestyle type hotel. Located in small village surrounded by limestone mountains, the view from balcony is lovely. Old bikes are provided free of charge so we took off exploring the countryside. You can ride to Trang An and Mua Cave and walk to local restaurants at night. There is also a rooftop pool. Rooms are basic but very clean and have everything you need. The family who run it are extremely friendly and helpful.

The host and his family were very welcoming and offered great advice on how to make the most of our time in Ninh Binh.

Plus we loved the coffee and banana pancakes at breakfast!

Best homestead ever, if in ninh binh stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

Large room, good balcony and view, good location. I’m glad we stayed here rather than anyplace else. Nice, helpful people (family owned) who were genuine in making our stay comfortable and fulfilling. Thank you so much!

Our trip was outstanding. The host was extremely helpful in arranging local tours and giving great advice as to where to go and what to do. Staying away from there hustle of the large city was excellent, it was quiet and a real country atmosphere. Recommend this hotel for anyone interested in getting away from the big name hotels.

Super freundlicher Vermieter, der uns auch gerne geholfen hat ein Moped für Touren in der Umgebung und einen Rücktransport nach Hanoi zu organisieren. Wunderschöner Blick auf die Karstfelsen. Nur zu empfehlen!

The view from the hotel was gorgeous. The breakfast was delicious and my husbands celiac was accommodated. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. One of the most beautiful places we have seen in the world.
