Friendly staff in a fantastic location. The whole place is being given a makeover for next year. So lots of building work going on. I'm sure it will be great when re-opens next year.

Très bon emplacement au calme , à l'écart de la rue principale où se succèdent bars , agences diverses .
Une piscine appréciée.
Petit déjeuner plus que correct

Cons:

Nous sommes parties tôt le matin et nous n'avons pas eu de petit déjeuner à emporter ...seule fausse noté pour ce séjour agréable.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay overall because the staff were friendly, and were very helpful. They prepared bikes for our early ride in the AM, when inquired. It was free, by the way. We were there for 1 night.

So friendly and welcoming, great value!
Pros:

The pool was refreshing and clean, we all loved it! The owners were so wonderful and made us so welcome. Even though check out was midday, they let us use our room until we needed to leave for the train at 8pm, it was soooooo helpful and made our day so much better! The air conditioning works well, the rooms and bathrooms are really clean and comfortable, and although they weren’t serving buffet breakfast due to high season having ended, they kept serving us breakfast until we were all stuffed full!
We all loved the pool table, and meeting the family living here.

Au coeur de tam coc
Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel avec vue sur la rivière et les barques à proximité du lac et de ses nombreux restaurants tout en étant au calme
Parfait pour visiter la région de Ninh Binh à vélo ou en scooter.
Très bon petit déjeuner avec vue sur la rivière
Possibilité de louer à très bon prix des vélos ou scooters et de réserver son transport pour la suite du voyage.
Piscine grande

Cons:

Les logements mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement ça se voit qu'ils ne sont pas très bien entretenus.

La douche inondé toute la salle de bain à chaque utilisation

La propreté / service ménage pourraient être améliorés

Pros:

The location, we are just near the center of the town but it is very quiet.
The bungalow is very clean and perfect for a familly. Teenagers enjoyed the swimming pool.
The breakfadt time, near the river is so lovely.
We appreciate a lot all the personal who is very kind and attentive.
We highly recommand the establishment.

Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner is very helpful and the staff which is probably his family is also very nice. The pool was clean and very well maintained. The breakfast is a set menu but they were kind enough to ask us if we needed anything more to eat and provided it at no extra cost. A huge thanks to the host to make our stay so peaceful and relaxed.

Cons:

The location was very difficult to find on grab app though it showed correctly on goggle maps. We took almost 45 min to try and book a grab taxi from the station to the hotel. Everything else was picture perfect.

Tüdőgyulladásom lett és a check out után is maradhattam a szálláson, látták hogy beteg vagyok és pihennem kell.
A fiúnak örök hálám, hogy segített gyorsan megtalálni az általam rosszul értelmezett pick up pontot a buszhoz, vissza Hanoiba. Gyorsan szerveszkedett, intézkedett, fogott nekem Grab motor taxit és egyenesen indultunk a másik városba. Kevés volt nalam a cash.


A medence vize tiszta volt, klórozott, tisztított.


Európai árakhoz képest nagyon is megéri! Én szegény orszagból jövök de megengedtem magamnak ezt a szállást 2 éjszakára!
Igazi elmény volt!

Cons:

2 alkalommal nem találtam senkit aki ott dolgozik, de gond nélkül átmentem a másik szomszédos hotelhez és egy telefonnan egyből hívták is őket.


A szállás figyelmébe ajánlom, hogy mivel tudtam más reggelit is kérni, mint ami az étlapon volt, szerintem jó lenne felírni azokat is az étlapra. :)



Láttam, hogy valaki mást evett ami nem volt a menüben és én is azt kértem, nagyon finom volt!
Valami hosszú, széles rizstészta pirított hagymávalés fokhagymaval tofu vagy préselt(?) hússzeletekkel és egy finom mártogatóssal.
Azt ajánlom mindenkinek! 😁😁😁😁😁

Pros:

This place is lovely! The people who work there are very welcoming and accommodating, the rooms are tranquil and clean, and the location is great. Bonus points for an amazing view from their patio. Definitely recommend!
