Tenía algo de pérdidas de agua cerca del inodoro y el lavatorio. Cuando llegamos el baño estaba con agua en el piso y no había ni trapo,escurrido ni escobas.. pero igualmente bien

El edificio tiene una excelente estructura. Tiene potencial para ser un hotel boutique. Solo faltaría inversión

Tiene una muy buena ubicación y fácil de llegar. La anfitriona es super amable y profesional. El departamento cumplió con mis expectativas.

Cons:

Todo bien. Se podría mejorar el jardín de la piscina y el que tapa un poco la vista hacia el mar.

Estadia em Segurança e Bem instalados.
Pros:

Apartamentos muito bem localizados, mesmo no centro de Pipa e a poucos minutos da praia principal, apesar da sua localização, não existem barulhos, de manhã só se ouve o barulho das ondas, pois a vista traseira é virada para o mar, fomos muito bem atendidos e ao nossos poucos pedidos sempre fomos esclarecidos e nos arranjaram soluções a D. Neuza gerente assim como a Neide foram mesmo cinco estrelas...nós portugueses recomendamos estes apartamentos em PIpa, segurança total. O apartamento é amplo, como a zona de estar o wc e o quarto e ainda têm uma piscina.

Excelente estadía ✨
Pros:

Nos encantó la vista y la ubicación por sobre todo. Sobre la calle principal.
La cocina tiene todo lo necesario y todo se encontraba limpio cuando ingresamos.

Cons:

Solo recomendaría renovar las sábanas, ya que se notaban que tenía bastante uso. Pero olían muy bien estaban limpias y lavadas.

La vista compensa las deficiencias del apartamento.

Todo. La ubicación, el departamento es hermoso, Neus una genia, la señora de la limpieza una divina. Tenes de todo. La pileta impecable, los camastros, la hamaca paraguaya, el balcón, la vista al mar. Divino. Hermoso.
