Had a great time!
Pros:

The Maud Cottage was very comfy, included a pot belly fireplace that was very warming. The walk to Salamanca was a good distance for a casual stroll.

They didn’t have a sharp knife in the property so it’s very hard if you wanted to cut up bread it was a bit short on ute

Wunderschön, erholsam und mal etwas anderes
Pros:

Wir haben in Monty’s Hideaway übernachtet. Das Highlight war das Dach, das sich automatisch zur Seite schieben ließ, so dass man direkt vom Bett aus den Sternenhimmel bestaunen konnte. Auch die sehr private Lage mit nicht einsehbarer Terrasse war sehr gut. Die Outdoorküche war sehr gut bestückt. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Ein Wäschetrockner wäre wünschenswert gewesen, ebenso der Hinweis, dass wir für die Nutzung der Waschmaschine Waschmittel besorgen müssen. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, so dass man ein ziemliches Stück gehen muss, um zu den touristischen Highlights zu kommen. Aber das sind alles Kleinigkeiten, die den Genuss der Unterkunft nicht schmälern.

Wonderful.
Pros:

Very clean, very comfortable. Modern and nice layout. Easy checkin. Nice garden. In a good location about 15min walk to Salamanca/Battery Point. Supermarket, restaurants close by. Easy drive to all Hobart attractions. We had a really comfortable stay.

Cons:

Nothing really. Just FYI the kitchenette is small with almost no counter space. If self-catering you would need to keep it simple.

Loved the privacy. It was cosy and a little bit quirky which made it special. The roll out bath from inside to outside was a great touch. Really comfy bed, quality toiletries and welcoming host.

It was all perfect for a special long weekend away.
