Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff spoke good English, so communication was easy and smooth throughout our stay.

We also loved the Japanese breakfast, it was very delicious. Another convenient feature was the ability to send our luggage to the next hotel directly through the hotel, which made our travel much easier.
