Pros:

お風呂の排水が悪く
足元が皆んなの排水で満たされてしまったのが残念
サウナがあり、75℃で入りやすかったが、水風呂が疑問　少し溜まっている木のお風呂に水があったが、入って良いのかどうか分からなかった

大自然で癒されました
Pros:

朝食付きをお願いしていました。
時間になったら、フロントにて朝食の出来立てお弁当が用意されていて、インスタントお味噌汁、紅茶の用意もあり、部屋でゆっくり食べれてお弁当はとても美味しかったです。
久しぶりの布団を敷いて寝ました。よく眠れました。ありがとうございました。
露天風呂が入れなかったので、残念でしたが、総合的に満足でした。

自然がいっぱい
Pros:

本館のお部屋に泊まりました。
全体的にお掃除は、あまり行き届いてないと思います。自然の中で、キャンプとゆう方には、平気なのかもしれませんが、虫がいろんな所にいます。
お客様は、私達だけなのにお風呂に従業員の方が入っていたのはびっくりしました。
お風呂の時間を聞かれていたので、それなら時間をずらしてもらえたらと思いました。
部屋のテレビは、アマプラの会員の方しか見られません。自分のアカウントで入るやり方です。
部屋のテレビも壊れていて、交換してもらいました。
できたら、お部屋のチェックは宿泊者がいる場合事前にして頂けたら嬉しいです。
外人の方の経営です。
日本語は、ぺらぺらですが、さっぱりした感じの対応です。

Pros:

バンガローに泊まりましたが、キレイでトイレも外についているのが良かったです。本館にお風呂もあり、バーベキュー用スペースも使いやすかったです。場所が山の中で川も流れ、自然に囲まれて癒されます。ただ山奥なのでアクセスに少し時間がかかります。

静かな所で、朝、鳥の囀りで目が覚めました。
川の近くで夏に来たらいいと思います。
携帯の電波がなく、部屋にはテレビがないので、
最近の方には不便さを感じるかも！
次は夏にバーベキューしに来たいです！

初めての利用でしたが、施設はそれほど新しい感じではなかったですがトイレや浴場も掃除がキチンとされているようで快適にすごせました。夜10時まで花火もでき車もバンガロー近くに停めることができました。大浴場の閉館時間が夜9時までなのが少し忙しかったです。また来年も利用したいと感じました。

駐車場が問題。
Pros:

自分のバンガローの正面に他の家族の車が止まっており、チェックイン後の荷物の搬入に苦労しました。夜間の車のドアの開け閉めの音も、人の声も気になりました。駐車場の場所は、通常の配慮があってもいいと思いました。

Pros:

ウイズコロナの時代に適合しています。
ゴミも有料で、分別後自分で屋外のゴミ置き場へ持って行きます。
大浴場はメトスの遠赤外線サウナ付き。
ただ時間が限られていますが、部屋にもユニットバスはあるので大した問題ではありません。
とても有意義な時間を過ごせました。

山小屋もしくは青少年の家的な感じかな
Pros:

人里からだんだん離れて行くので心配しましたが、着いてみたら山小屋風で部屋も居心地よく、朝食も美味しかったので満足です。お風呂はいいけど、脱衣場が狭いのと、もう少しきれいならもっとよかったです。
あと、浴衣がない。あると思い込んでたこちらの確認不足なのですが、レンタルでいいのでほしいなと思いました。

いわゆる“ホテル”とは違うということを理解した上で利用したということもありますが、思いの外に整っていました。
多少なりともアウトドア経験をお持ちの方であれば、全く不満は無いと思います。

Good but inefficient cafe
Pros:

Fabulous wooden hut accomodation in the woods by a stream, but although there was a cafe and menu, they wanted 5 days pre-booking for food. This wasnt mentioned anywhere in the booking info - lucky we had a car to travel the half hour journey to nearest town. Others who had booked food had good ameneties for bar-b-que etc but we felt a bit hard done by.
