1. Tiện ghi tại khách sạn: chỉ có nước nóng, không thể tắm rửa, không rửa được bình sữa, không xịt được cả đít vì vòi nước toàn bộ là nước sôi. Đèn điện tối om đèn vàng đau mắt. Đặt giường to khách sạn lừa báo giường 1m6 là giường to tiêu chuẩn.
2. Dịch vụ lễ tân: 15 h 30 bên mình check in và khoảng 17h cả đoàn có báo lễ tân về việc nước khách sạn có vấn đề tuy nhiên 23h mình về lại ks vẫn không xử lý cũng ko gọi báo dù biết đoàn mình nhiều trẻ nhỏ cả e bé 6th và 1 tuổi, KHÔNG XIN LỖI CHỈ ĐỔ LỖI. bắt khách hàng phải THÔNG CẢM.mình thực sự không biết nên thông cảm làm sao khi từ XIN LỖI khi làm sai là điều cơ bản cũng KHÔNG.
3. lễ Tân đổ trách nhiệm quản lý. Quản lý né không tiếp khách hàng. Tất nhiên mình rất khoan hỷ nếu bên khách sạn có cách xử lý khác nhưng không cách họ làm là đổ lỗi cho tất cả các phòng đều như vậy. Mà đoàn mình 3 phòng nước 3 phòng khác nhau. Như vậy ks hoàn toàn không có kiểm tra như lời họ nói.

Hotel na fotkách vypadá v poměru cena/výkon dobře, avšak realita je trochu jiná. Veškeré zařízení je velmi staré a je vidět, ze se o hotel příliš nestaraji. Vybavení i místnosti, včetně recepce apod. jsou velmi zašlé.
