Pros:

Great location, super clean room with everything I needed, the perfect spot to go out exploring for the day and come back to relax at. A small place meant it was quiet, and felt safe. Staff was super friendly as well!

Unfortunately, there seems to have "bed bugs" 🐛 I got a creepy feeling and itchiness - need to cover the bed with personal /own blanket .. 😔 I need this to be looked in to - for the business' welfare .. I have no plan to publish my negative comment publicly ..

Wonderful location
Pros:

The location was wonderful - Beautiful view of the marina, very close to the pool, and a short walk into town. The friendly staff made us feel very welcome. The apartment was clean.

Cons:

Our stay was too short.

A place with a nice view
Pros:

I highly recommend Sunlit Waters Studio if you are looking for a relaxing place and a nice view but with value of money in Airlie Beach.

Cons:

I think the parking lot needs more space for the visitors but all in all this is a beautiful place and definitely we will go back here again.

A very pleasant short stay in Airlie Beach.
Pros:

Wonderful view. A very clean and tidy space. We enjoyed our time at the apartment.

Cons:

I can’t really fault it. If anything the WiFi is a tad temperamental and the walk up from the town steep in places, but that’s a price worth paying for the stunning view and the sunsets.
