Definitely not worth the money and Dean's behaviour was not acceptable and damaged holiday.

Location is ok, view is ok, but could be better

Cons:

Steep hill only for the fit. Facilities old and worn and not sufficient, ratings on the wall and photos online are mostly from 5-7 years ago, very deceiving. Kitchenware and utensils are dirty, had to fight with cockroaches day and night, on the floor, on the pillow and in the pool. Machineries and facilities can be very noisy at night. Only one staff Dean is running it, that's why the check-in time is very late and check out time is very early. Dean had inappropriate language and behaviour towards solo female traveller.

Good location - no staff on site.

The location was great and the bed was comfortable. The pool area was clean and tidy.

Cons:

I didn’t like walking in from the parking lot to a sign saying, “Smile, you’re on camera.” There was no one at reception even though we arrived when the office was supposed to be open - in fact, I never saw a single staff member during my stay. There was only a whiteboard with a note saying which room I was assigned to, and the key was in the room. When I went to the room, there was a sign telling me all of the ways I would be charged extra money if I didn’t leave it in exactly the condition specified. There was definitely an unfriendly tone to the property.

Great location. Comfortable stay, but the place is in need of a freshen up.
Pros:

The location is great. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and foreshore. The infinity pool was lovely with a great view. We were given a room upgrade to a larger, more private studio. Thank you.

Cons:

The complex is quite run down and in need of some TLC. The website pictures do not accurately reflect this property.

A fantastic hidden gem in beautiful Airlie Beach!

Cons:

The single bed in Unit 1 was quite uncomfortable, I think it might need replacing.

Great place to stay in Airlie Beach. We could have stayed longer!
Pros:

Peaceful, laid back accommodation. Lovely views over the bay. Easy walk to town. We loved our stay here.

Mooi uitzicht en zwembad met datzelfde uitzicht.
Pros:

Prachtige plek met mooi uitzicht en zwembad.
Van de accomodatie niemand gezien maar dat was in ons geval ook niet nodig.
Kamer prima, niet heel groot maar locatie maakt veel goed.

Loved it, would recommend.
Pros:

Great location with a lovely view, pool right outside the room, laundry facilities. Perfect 2 night stay and easy walk to the harbour for our boat trip to the Whitsundays, short walk into Airlie albeit a very steep hill back home.
