Pros:

I’m a frequent guest and I choose this property mainly due to the fantastic staff including Kareem, Grace, Arab and everyone else. Very comfortable and well situated.

Pros:

We booked for 5 nights and left after the second night. We wanted to leave from the first night actually.
The apartments look different from the pictures. Much older and the cleanness of washrooms can be better. The lobby is too small and the way to/from the hotel isn’t easy during the day due the traffic.
We got charged more than what mentioned here on Hotels.com and when we asked about it and requested to match the price they just ignored it.

The breakfast is very poor more like a 2 stars hotel.
We requested a refund for the rest of the night as we didn’t want to stay longer and they rejected it. We moved to another hotel and just left it with 3 nights already paid.

Compared to my last hotel W in the Palms, the service at DAMAC was terrible, not friendly staff at all. Breakfast was terrible.

Pros:

We like the customer service. Only turn off was the hotel room aircon was too dusty. You can see it from a view as well. And our room was close to a garbage room and smell was terrible. I did mention that to front desk and they placed a humidifier to make the smell better. But it was done only for 1 day. And the rest of the days we have to endure the smell.

Great location downtown with Dubai Mall and the Burj within 15 mins walk. Our room was fantastic with an incredible view of the Burj. Very happy with our stay the only downside was the area was quite loud at night with cars revving and horns blaring constantly as well as building work next door. Overall a great stay :)

The location was the perfect. Very close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. I got good deal through Expedia. It was very pleasant to stay here. Very clean place, room service was very good. Afaq at reception was very welcoming person.
