Agréable week-end
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel ainsi que la grande chambre qui nous a été donnée. Le petit déjeuner est très apprécié également. Les lits étaient très confortable et la chambre était assez propre. C’est aussi assez calme même si des fois on peux entendre énormément les gens parler dehors dans le bâtiment, même au 4eme étage.

Cons:

Nous avions pu trouver de petites araignées par ci par là. Cependant le plus gros problème dont nous avons été confronté a été le service de limousine bus. En effet, nous avons eu 3 heures de retard car celui-ci n’était pas bien géré, nous avons finalement pu obtenir une remise mais si vous souhaitez prendre ce service un conseil, ne le prenez pas pendant les jours fériés même si je doute fort que ça change réellement quelque chose; le retard à été dû au service en lui même. Un premier conducteur, qui était lui aussi en retard de 1h30 nous a amené à un bureau de voyage où nous avons dû attendre encore 1 heure là bas pour pouvoir monté dans un limousine bus. Ensuite, après peut être 2 heures de trajet nous sommes arrivés à un autre bureau de voyage afin de faire un transfert pour un autre bus qui lui nous a par la suite emmené à l’hôtel.

It was in a good location and they provided a nurse for my boyfriend as he was sick.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little mouldy around the grout and the receptionist knocked on our door at 9:30pm to ask us to pay for our accommodation.

The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. Late at night they provided us with additional pillows that we only asked for if they had, helped us book a tour and showed us to our rooms.
The next day, we had already checked out of our room but had left our belongings to be stored there while on a tour. On said tour my partner was stung by a bee and we had to come back into town, it was quite a stressful occasion and they very kindly came and gave us a room key to use at our discretion to have a shower and clean ourselves up free of charge. This alone gets a massive rating from me.

In regards to the room, it was cleaner and bigger than some higher end, more expensive hotels I have stayed in around the world. The aircon and fan keeps the room cool. The shower/bathroom was quite large. The bed was big and very comfortable.

Hôtel confortable et bien placé mais coq à proximité chantant la nuit
Pros:

Très bon emplacement dans Tam Coc.
Accueil chaleureux.
Grande chambre confortable.
Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner

Cons:

Hélas, réveillée toutes les nuits par le chant du coq qui n’attend pas que le jour arrive pour chanter ! Ça peut-être 4h du matin ou plusieurs fois dans la nuit. L’hôtel peut il y faire quelque chose ?

Great staff, great location, convenient for restaurants, tourist information, money exchange.

Located in the main high street. Great staff. The most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, in a long time. Very quiet at night.

C’était le seul disponible un samedi soir (nous nous sommes faits arnaquer par un hôtel et une annulation tardive ne nous a pas laissé le choix…
Bien situé . Piscine avec serviette.

Cons:

63€ la nuit… c’était cher pour ça…
Grande chambre mais hôtel bruyant (pas d’insonorisation et bruit des climatisations toute la nuit).

Cons:

The hotel barely resembles the nice photos, which I think were taken over a decade ago, the pool was dirty and there were scaffolding structures above it that looked awful, so we didn't swim. The rooms were fairly clean but old and worn with no style and didn't have the same furniture as the photos. Pretty bad breakfast. Overall the hotel is tired and in need of a serious update, not worth the price at all and it's in Tam Coc, which is a really awful tourist trap. Do yourself a favour and go to a neighbouring small village or town for a much cheaper authentic experience
