Pros:

When I arrived, the staff claimed I had no reservation. I had to pay cash at triple the rate. My credit card was charged by Expedia anyway for it so I ended up paying four times what I should have.

Additionally, the toilet did not work and the shower door was broken. The staff said it would be a couple of days before they could fix it. My reservation was only for one day...
