מיקום מעולה, קרוב לכל אתר מרכזי וגם לרחוב יפו עם הרבה מסעדות ובתי קפה. מלון ממוקם ברחוב שקט יחסית, גישה למלון נוחה ופשוטה. מיטה ומזרונים נוחים. בכל חדר מכשיר טלוויזיה עם כבלים. יש מכונת קפה, קומקום, מקרר קטן. אחמד מצוות המלון התקשר ביום ההגעה ואמר כי החדר שלנו מוכן עם הפתעה עבורנו. ההפתעה הייתה בקבוק קטן של יין וקופסת עוגיות. הפתעה נעימה. ביום השני התלוננו על ניקיון לא מושלם, אז שוב אחמד התקשר ובישר כי הנושא טופל, וגם הזמין אותנו לארוחת ערב שישי ללא תשלום. לצערי, לא יכולנו להיענות בחיוב כי היו לנו תכניות אחרות. גם אחרי עזיבת המלון (היינו 3 לילות) אחמד התקשר לשאול איך הייתה השהיה שלנו במלון. אחרי שאמרנו לו על תקלה שהייתה בארוחת בוקר יום ראשון, אחמד הבטיח שדרוג חדר ללא עלות בביקור הבא שלנו. ניקו וסידרו את החדר כל יום, כולל שבת. בקומה -1 יש פינת ישיבה גדולה עם מכונת קפה ומקום להכנת שתיה חמה. עוד לפני הגעה למלון קיבלנו הודעה כי חניון המלון מלא, אך ניתן לחנות ב 2 חניות פרטיות בקרבת המלון

המלון נראה זקוק לשיפוץ קוסמטי, גם בחדרים וגם מבחוץ. ארוחת בוקר בסיסית למדי. ביום שבת עוד פחות. ביום ראשון בכלל לא היה בופה. בשעה 7:00 בכלל לא היה איש בחדר האוכל. בסוף הגישו לנו כל מיני מאחלים על השולחן. היה מאחזב. גם היתה תקלה במכונת קפה. במהלך השבת הרבה אורחים שהו בלובי ובפינות ישיבה והשאירו כלים וכל מיני שאיריות אשר לא פונו לפחות עד הלילה

We chose this hotel to celebrate the tenth anniversary of our wedding, and we are very happy that we made this choice 💯 It is a wonderful hotel located in a cozy and beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance of everything one might need and just a 15-minute walk from the Old City. We arrived on Friday at 11:00 a.m. and easily found parking just a couple of minutes from the hotel, at a cost of 80 shekels until the end of Shabbat, which was very convenient. The hotel welcomed us with a bottle of wine and delicious sweets 🎉
But most importantly, the service at the hotel truly won our hearts! ❤️ Professionalism, attention to detail, friendliness, immediate assistance with any request, and the genuine atmosphere of care are what make this place exceptional - my husband and I have never experienced anything like it. We had special requests regarding the room, and they were fulfilled 💯 Moreover, the room number turned out to be one of our favorites, and its digits added up to “10” - our anniversary. This touched us deeply and created a special feeling from the very first minutes of our stay. Special thanks go to the manager Ahmad - a top-level professional - it was exactly him who made our stay truly festive and memorable! 🎉
We will definitely return to this hotel and will gladly recommend it to our friends.
