Trop de bingo trop de demande d’achat de service
Pas assez d’ambiance à la piscine.

Biz kızımla konakladik herşey harikaydi kahvaltı öğle ve akşam yemekleri çok cesitli ve lezzetliydi ara öğünlerde çok güzeldi herşey dahil konaklama yaptık içeceklerde çok iyiydi.havuz bizim için yeterliydi.animasyon turistlere yönelikti ama eğlenceliydi

Betten unbequem. Service unterbesetzt. Hygiene nicht gut. Zimmer decken Bettwäsche nicht sauber. Sauna und Hamam war inbegriffen aber leider kein Personal.

Our stay at City's Hill was pleasant. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Especially, dining room manager was earliest one there in the morning and stayed late to ensure that the customers were met their needs at the facility. We also liked the animation team at the resort. Especially, Anna was very friendly and helpful at all times.

Hotel war die reinste Enttäuschung, der kaffee hat bitter geschmeckt ,teller waren alle mit schmierigem belag bedeckt ,es gab für all in keine wasser flaschen ,die musste man selber bezahlen. Pool war überfüllt gab nie liegen über ,wenn man später runter gegangen ist gab es liegen aber Handtüchergab es nur bis 17 uhr. Zimmer rochen muffig und die Türen waren auch nicht die besten ,bei uns ging der Türknauf vom bad immer ab. Duschbrause hatte richtig druck und blieb nicht an der Wand. Mit etwas liebe und sauberkeit könnte man noch etwas dran machen. Aber für uns war es die reinste Enttäuschung und nicht ein STERN wert.Der Service war aber tadellos .

İki yetişkin 1 bebek olarak gittik odaya giriş yaptığımızda her yer deterjan kokuyordu gayet yeterliydi ve bebeğime park beşik vermişlerdi fiyat performans açısından çok iyidi yeterliydi yemekleri çok iyiyiydi biz memnun kaldık sadece 12 de odayı boşaltmamız gerekiyordu ben 11.39 da boşalttım ama ben toparlanır iken eşim bebeĝimizi şenzogta uyutmuş ve kucağıma alamazdim 2 yaş ve çok iperaktif ve uykusu bozulursada yolda çok huzursuzluk yapardı ki öylede oldu ama resepsiyondaki genç hanım bizim artık hotelden çıkış yapmamızı ve geçiktiğimizi söyledi eşimde bebeğimizin uyuduğunu odayı boşaltım bahçede olduğumuzu söylediği halde bizi resepsiyona çağırıp orda bekletmesi rezalletti bunun dışında yemeklerden odadan hotelden memnun kaldık

This is the second time I've come and I had a great time with my friend Lalye!
Just food that should be colder like butter, milk etc. Otherwise the staff at the TOP !!!

Enjoyable with lovely staff both in reception and kitchen. Good housekeeping too.

Otele girince karşilanmadik, odamıza bile kendimiz çıktık. Otelden çıkmak isteyince çıkamayacağımizi söylediler. Hotels.com aradık yabancı bı kadın açtı iletişim kuramadik. Restoranda yemek çeşitleri çok fazlaydı ama hiç biri lezzetli değildi. Orda çalışan bı kız yemeklerin hijyenik bir ortamda yapılmadığını söyledi, geçenlerde çalışma arkadaşlarinin yemeklerden zehirlendiğini söyledi. Odanın temizliği çok kötüydü komidinler silinmemisti yatağın altı tozdu. Balkon kapısını açınca altındaki tozlar uçuyordu. Minibar çalışmıyordu kokuyordu. Odaya su bile konulmamisti. Başlı başına rezalet bir tatildi.

Müthiş personel çok ilgililer ancak resepsiyon rezalet ve maalesef ilgisiz

When we checked in I was the main person in our group payment paid by us should have been given choice of rooms.
Given no information of hotel when checked in.
Entertainment evening was not much Karaoke. Need more chairs for evening not sunbeds.
Food was reapetative. Rooms not that good or clean.

Ansvarig personal i receptionen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam!
Hotellet hade sämre standard än ett vandrarhem. Smutsigt överlag. Trasiga möbler. och inredning. Myror i rummet och sängarna.Badrummet
saknade schampoo, balsam m m Buffén var varken kall eller varm och bestod av solkiga, enklast möjliga sallader (tomater, gurka och olika oliver). Till det fanns det två olika varianter av makaroner, pommes, gråa sladdriga kyckling-nuggets, vårrullar och sönderkokta bönor i tomatsås!
Dåligt påfyllt med mat. Många fat tomma och porslinet trasigt! Brödhyllorna tomma och det bröd som fanns var torrt.
Matsalen ostädad och dukarna smutsiga och slarvigt påslängda! Borden rengjordes med skitiga sopborstar vilka även användes på serveringsborden. Personalen bar smutsiga kläder! Allt var så äckligt så vi vågade vare äta av maten än mindre stanna på detta snuskiga hotell!

Very basic but friendly hotel. Views are spectacular. Big problem with lift doors closing while still exiting lift, got trapped on last day, painful! Obviously something wrong with sensors. Entertainment, apart from our last night which was excellent Turkish dancers, was very much directed at children, far too loud and music also far too loud.
Comfortable bed although two single pushed together with one being higher than the other wasn’t very clever.

I do not accept your decision and my reasons are outlined below. I would like this case escalated to a manager at Expedia and taken seriously. 1) As Expedia customers we have a right to protect our health and you as a provider, have that obligation towards us. 2) Our rights were violated and our health was put at risk 3) Expedia, as a provider has to stand for its customer rights and protect them, especially when it comes to safety 4) We had to check out to another hotel and paid for it again. Necessary papers can be provided. 5) You, as Expedia are saying that hotels have rules, and in this situation, you protect those who do wrong and put people at risk. So hotels have rights and we don''t. 6) This is despicable and worthy to notify the health authorities. 7) Expedia is hiding the truth and putting people at risk by not taking it seriously. What if someone dies of a similar problem? Is Expedia going to turn a blind eye on this serious issue and hotel management who hide the truth and put false information on their page as a non smoking hotel? 8) We would never have booked this hotel if we knew guests are allowed to smoke on the balcony of the room where smoke travels inside as well what about the windy days. We are sure the guests smoke inside the room because there was an ashtray on the table. We have pictures to prove it and we can provide it to Expedia 9) Non smoking hotel is a non smoking, period, or it should have designated rooms and areas for smokers. Second hand smo

Ruoka aika keskinkertaista, tosin kylmät ruuat ja salaatit hyviä. Ruokailutila meluisa ja ruuhkainen, samoin allasalue. Vaikea löytää aurinkotuoleja ellei ole aikaisin liikkeellä. Sijainti ok, ison tien varrella, mutta liikenteen äänet eivät olleet häiritseviä. Huone oli iso, joskin vähän kulunut.

otelin suları çok kötü, dişinizi bile fırçalayamıyorsunuz. Personeller vasat durumda. Yemekleri kötüydü. Antalya bölgesinin en kötü oteli daha başarılı.

The layout of the hotel, the view, the staff, the food. was all very good.
Only negative (for me) was the noise of the entertainment. In Pool facing rooms, even though double glazed, I could hear the music. And during the week the entertainment goes till 11pm or after and weekends later.
If you do not like noise do not ask for pool facing rooms.

Location was lovely with great views. The food was amazing and great variety for all tastes

The staff was amazing also the entertainment staff went above and beyond highly enjoyed our stay.
