Прекрасный отель и персонал. Наилучшие реконмендации.
Pros:

Очень отзывчивый и внимательный персонал. Путешествовала пожилая женщина. Менеджеры отеля организовали трансферы из аэропорта и обратно. Встретили в аэропорту у выхода после посадки. Всегда были на связи и оперативно отвечали. Т.к. вылет был ранний, то собрали ланч-пакет, чтобы можно было позавтракать в дороге. Огромное им спасибо за всё!

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I would like to start by saying that it has an excellent location right in the city center. Everything is very close by, and you can easily walk to various restaurants, bars, cafés, and major attractions.

The staff are very attentive, friendly, and professional. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It offers very comfortable beds, a tidy bathroom, and a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.

Overall, I had another very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cons:

Всё старое и обшарпаное, ужасный запах как в номере (окно не открыть), так и в ванной (просто ужас). Очень не удобные кровати, завтрак судный.

The room was spacious and conveniently located at a short walking distance from the main square in Kutaisi

Cons:

I arrived to the hotel around 1PM and the welcoming of the staff was 'Check in is at 2!' - It was me who had to ask if it was ok to leave my luggage there and come back later.
The room had a strong smell of sewage (in fact when I checked in, it had both door and windows open) - according to the staff the only way to keep it away was to have the ventilation from the toilet on all the time (which is noisy at night).
Lot of noise from the street even when windows are closed.
Breakfast disappointing.

Bed was comfortable, good size room.

Cons:

Very noisy, at midnight door at entrance with the receptionist talking loud, and early morning workers preparing the breakfast, so you could hear everything... Also breakfast was a bit disappointing, no fruit, instant coffee... Not saying it was bad, but for the price compared to many other places we stayed in Georgia was not good value

Beautiful hotel with elegant rooms and nice breakfast!
Pros:

Perfect location in the heart of the city. Great hotel with a nice, modern bathroom. The staff were really kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent—very nice and generous. There is even a piano in the breakfast room, which I really enjoyed. While I was playing, the receptionist listened and seemed very happy
