Rapport qualité prix correct
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment adorable et souriant
L’hôtel est parfaitement situé proche de l’aéroport ce que nous voulions avec un vol très tôt.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés à 11h , les chambres étaient prêtes. On voulait nous faire patienter en disant que ce ne serait prêt qu’à 14h puis on nous a dit que si on payait 35% de plus on pourrait bénéficier de la chambre. Je trouve la technique sournoise et je trouve que c’est un manque de sens du service. Je comprends que les fonctionnement puissent être différents selon les pays mais l’annoncer de base serait plus agréable.
De même ils ont essayé de nous vendre le service de navette 100 000 dong. Si vous êtes 7 ça peut valoir la peine mais un trajet en grab coûte moins de la moitié, pensez y!

Per comoditá con l’aeroporto lo sceglierei nuovamente!
Pros:

Posizione ottima per il raggiungimento dell’aeroporto. È fattibile in 20 minuti raggiungerlo anche a piedi anche se le strade non sono molto funzionali (a volte manca il marciapiede e bisogna superare una “dogana” per le macchine).
Struttura pulita e con tutto l’occorrente. Ragazzi in reception molto cordiali e gentili.
Disponibilità di lasciare il bagaglio anche prima del check in.
Market e ristoranti vicini.

Cons:

Avevamo prenotato per tre persone e gli accessori in camera erano tutti per due, quindi abbiamo richiesto ciò che mancava ma sono stati molto disponibili e hanno sistemato il tutto.

La proximité de l'aéroport, t le confort du lit et la serviabilité des personnes de l'accueil.

Cons:

Beaucoup trop d'ondes WIFI dans la chambre : au moins 20 réseaux WIFI, nous avons mal dormi et le corps a du mal à se régénérer.

Good experience, convenient and met expectations
Pros:

The shuttle was very convenient, staff were friendly. The location is close to the airport. The hotel let us to keep luggages there while we were not staying there.

Smooth and convenient stay.
Pros:

I stayed for one night between flights and was pleasantly surprised by how good this affordable place was. The room was clean and quiet, and both check-in and check-out were quick.

The airport transfer was available for about USD 3.50 each way. I only waited around 10 minutes to be picked up from the airport, and the trip to the hotel was less than 10 minutes. On the way back, the hotel picked me up within just a few minutes.

Overall, it was a smooth and convenient stay. I would recommend it for anyone needing an overnight stop between flights.
