A hotel offering excellent value, comfortable and atmospheric, with staff who friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The staff at the Marysin were superbly helpful and did everything they could to accommodate me. The hotel itself is intriguingly furnished with a very compelling atmosphere. The rooms are large and comfortable.

I would be very happy to visit again.

Cons:

The hotel is probably designed more for car drivers than those on foot like me. But Załęże station is almost next door, so if you are able to work out how to buy tickets - there is no machine or ticket office on the platform - then this is another possibility. By foot it is about thirty minutes into Katowice centre or ten on the tram.
