Our 2nd stay here and NOT Disappointed.

All Staff are friendly and big smiles.

Breakfast Buffet choices are ample, clean, fresh and very Yummy.

Room was very Quiet both from within hotel and also from outside the hotel.

We would book and stay here again when in KK town.

Breakfast optional and cheap (150 bhat). But for European tastes was lacking in choice. That said no real complaints. I'd go back without hesitation. There was parking on site and not far from places to go

It would be nice if the room had another small chair or stool

Really shocked at how big this room was. It also had quite a big balcony and kitchenette as you can see in the pictures. The design theme and decor was really lovely, as was the romatic mood lighting. The bathroom has rain shower as well as normal shower. Tea and coffee in room, fridge with some beers etc. Lovely check in staff. Great location. Car parking. I will stay here again for sure. Quite amazed when considering the price we paid!

We booked two rooms and arrived at the hotel a bit before noon. The reception told us that checking in before 2pm would incur a fee of 100 THB per hour per room. We asked if they could kindly give us the rooms as obviously there were not fully booked.

We ended up by going to a nearby hotel where they accepted us to check in before 2pm without additional charge.

That’s it, this hotel preferred to lose two rooms instead of arranging a more pleasant moment for guests.

Perfekt for vår gruppe med golfere. Alle var fornøyde med hotellet og servicen til personalet selv om de kanskje kunne vært litt bedre i engelsk. Rommene var store og velholdte. Enkel og grei frokost. Ang beliggenhet: Savnet en Mini-Mart i nærheten. Avhengig av taxi hvis du ønsker deg til sentrum av Khon Kaen. Absolutt et hotell vi vil anbefale hvis man ikke er avhengig av å bo i sentrum.

A little gem in the heart of town, large rooms with separate kitchenette and large bathrooms. Walking distance to the large Saturday Night Market. Rooms are well appointed and quiet.
On site parking With friendly staff., well priced and definitely recommend

What a little gem this hotel turned out to be, conveniently located in the heart of the city and walking distance to the Saturday Night Market, we found the manager who speaks great english to be a great host, a welcoming smile and large rooms with seperate lounge and bedroom areas and kitchenette. Clean and with a sizeable bathroom. Exceptionally priced. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a clean, quiet and well priced hotel.

Helt okej lungt område 3 år gammalt hotell

Stayed at the Romantic for just one night with friends but we wish we could have stayed longer! For an incredibly comfortable, clean, suite style room that included a delicious buffet breakfast we paid a comparable price to that of a hostel. Definitely one of the best hotel deals we’ve come across. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the location could not have been better with the big street market being right there. We loved our stay, and would recommend the Romantic to anyone traveling through Khon Kaen!

Very clean room, spacious, good bed, excellent cleaning ladys. All comfort present. Value for money.

Nice hotel. Clean, comfortable,and relatively quiet. We were there over a weekend when they weren’t very busy.

Not much in the immediate area if you want to eat or get something to drink. There is a place right next door but they were closed on Sunday.

Breakfast was nothing special, but not bad.

The only complaint we had was during check in when one of the grumpier counter-staff made a snide remark to my Thai wife about being with a farang. I think they cater more to government workers during the week and not so much to foreign tourists, which we are not.

This is a perfect Hotel to stay in when you come to Khon Kaen, Location is fine if you have a car , At weekends your in the right place for the Saturday night market. There are some nice places to eat near by too. Breakfast is all you need for starting your day and everything is presented in tidy clean manner. More a Thai Breakfast than a Western but there is Toast & Butter plus Jams and a nice selection of Ham / Sausage. The eggs could have been warmer but all the other stuff was nice and warm .....This is a very clean modern Hotel with great size rooms with strong Air Con nice clean Balconies .... Great little Kitchen with large Fridge and Sink....Could have done with a Microwave....Not really for families with young kids. Great for Business Use.
