Pros:

Despite our check-in time being late, we were given a room early, and even though we were late for check-out due to traffic, no problems were created and the friendly service continued.

Phải chờ lâu mới được nhận phòng, điều hòa ko mát. Phải đỗ xe dưới lòng đường. Chưa xứng với giá tiền

Refrigerator on the room.
Helpful staff.
Close to the railway station and center.

Cons:

When we went out they turned off the fridge so we did not have the drinks inside cold.

Pros:

Unfortunately a bad experience, housekeeping dumped items not left as trash, left a hand towel instead of bath towel, switched electricity off to fridge, this risked problem for my medication being stored there. Leak on bathroom left water constantly over floor, unannounced lock smith had access to my room at inappropriate time, dog on ground floor constantly attacking people coming in reception area. Noisy residents.

최악입니다. 11월15일에 예약하고 1월14일에 갔습니다. 직원 영어 1도 못합니다.여권 달라고도 한참 말했어요. 체크아웃하는데 돈달라고해서 호텟스탓컴 결제완료 베트남어로 보여줬는데 모른다고 돈내라고 결제완료페이지, 결제승인문자, 다 찍고도 안보내줘서 공항가야하는데 30분 붙들려있고 전화바꿔준 사장 더 대박 , 자긴 호텔스닷컴에 올린적이없대요 결제일 말해주고 확인하라니까 5분후 미안하다고 전화오네요. ㅜㅜ 전 후기없는 숙박은이제안할려고요. 근데 호텔스닷컴도 영어는 되는 호텔과 거래를하셔야 하지않나요. . ㅜㅜ100프로만족한 여행에서 마지막에 끔직한경험을했어요. 참1월 베트남 진짜 추운데 온수는 우리나라 여름 수돗물정도의 온도였어요.
