Brilliant better than any other trip to Blackpool
Pros:

The breakfast was sound exactly what you’d expect
The staff went above and beyond even leaving little extras in our room without us having to ask for example, I had a towel under my pillow the next day after the hotel is cleaned. I was left an extra pillow We was given a travel cot for no extra cost and breakfast every morning we were asked if there was anything else we needed for our room. We was also offered things

For breakfast, I always had a full English, but there was cereals jams and things available too

In terms of location, it’s out the way but there’s a tram stop however because it’s out the way the phone signal was great and there was a co-op two minutes away as well as a pub

Cons:

There was honestly nothing I could improve on and I just can’t speak highly enough of the staff it’s a proper family room place. It was so good. We actually stayed for longer. We changed the train.
There’s a sign above the bar that says come as guests leave as friends I believe this to be true and I will be coming back next year

A good short break.
Pros:

We were in Blackpool as we were visiting the Lytham Festival so for us we were literally going to be using the facility for B&B only. The location is good and only a short walk from Bispham where the choice of restaurants and bars is really good.
The hotel is just across from the promenade and a nearby tram stop which takes you either into Blackpool or out to Fleetwood.
The hosts were really friendly and remembered what you liked/ disliked at breakfast which in itself was well cooked.

Cons:

There's not a lot to dislike. When the staff are friendly and the breakfast good, what more do you need.

Pros:

The staff very friendly couldn't do enough fir you.

Cons:

The room was not to my expectations it was a superior room which was very dark because the window with the shape of the room was set back the wall was in front of the window leading to hardly any daylight. I had to swith on a light in tbe day to see what I was doing only 1 bulb in the ceiling light I was quite disappointed about this having paird 238 pounds for the room which was for 3 days which isn't bad but could have been better. I noticed there was another superior room which had 2 windows.

Although the room was small and limitless, I may stay there again but maybe in better accommodation
Pros:

The breakfast was very nicely presented and done to our specification, nicely organised.
Our down side: The window would not stay open during the heated nights. The plug extension lead in my opinion not safe and was reluctant to use it due to safety and fire hazard. The room door didn't fit correctly so had to push it to open and the same to close.
The shower area was small making it difficult to go in and out of it.

Cons:

The vendor was very polite and informative Parking is limited but the vehicle was safe at the resident. You had your own key therefore not restricted to a time scale coming and going from the hotel. That I liked.

Lovely, very reasonably priced, would pay more
Pros:

Owners very welcoming, pleasant and friendly. Everywhere might be a little dated, but it was spotless, the breakfast was included in the price, and I cant fault it. All freshly made, presented well and tasted lovely. No cheap products either. Can't fault at all.

Cons:

On arrival, we realised the Mapel was a distance from the centre, BUT, we left the car on the driveway, hopped onto a tram, very good. Enjoyed it.
