Caribbean Villages Apartments

Esta muy largo del centro, tiene un rótulo que hacen limpieza todos los días y nunca la realizan.

El apartamento se encontró todo limpio, en orden y los artículos de uso personal completos.

Carlos was very helpful with answering questions and just a kind man. Their is clearly a constant upkeep of the property. Location was good- though there might be an office closer to the boat docks because when we first arrived my map app kept directing me to the wrong place.
We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you:)

Buen servicio y seguro

Excelente lugar para compartir en familia, cuenta con cocina con utensilios básicos, sala y comedor. El único punto malo puede ser la ubicación, esta algo lejos del centro

El lugar es perfecto y bastante céntrico, sólo tuvimos un inconveniente, ya que el día que llegamos nos avisaron que había sobrevendido el establecimiento y la última noche nos movieron a otro sitio que no era tan bueno como este.

La atención de Sheyla fue muy buena

El apartamento es cómodo y muy bien equipado, además es bastante céntrico, la señora Shayra que nos atendió al hacer el check in y el check out fue muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar por cualquier inconveniente. Sin embargo no estaban preparados para nuestra llegada, ya que se les olvidó que teníamos reserva. Es lo único que creo que podría mejorar un poco.

Muy cómodo, especial para viajar con la familia. Shayra es muy amable y estuvo siempre pendiente. Lo recomiendo!

It was false advertising and the place was not anywhere near the ocean. When I went to check in, it had no desk or employees. As I walked around the building I could see why they only showed the upper part. The lower part was indescribable.. The back had open trash on the ground, the side was an alley and the building next to it looked very bad with animals, chickens and dogs, some of which were copulating on the streets around it. The neighborhood was rough, the street had very bad holes in it, and the ocean was not in sight, but two blocks away and smelled like sewer. THere was a 6 foot high fence around the building and was not kept up with loose and broken boards on the fence. When I went to register after my flight arrived from Panama City, no one was there and the building was locked up so no entry. There was a sign on the side door behind the fence saying "be right back" but we waited for an hour and finally went to the next island to stay which was a real hotel with a small lobby. Have I given you a picture? The owner debited 100 dollars from my account which was not supposed to happen and I am now refuting the charges. Expedia dropped the ball on this one.

Cuando llegamos el apartamento estaba muy sucio. Protestamos y lo limpiaron de manera aceptable, todo menos el menaje. Solamente pudimos usar unos platos, dos cuencos y varios tenedores.
En toda la semana no pudimos cocinar. Además la cocina tenia una fuga de gas considerable. La nevera también tenia problemas. Apenas refrigeraba los alimentos.
Los AC marcaban permanentemente 17 grados. Había que usar el mismo mando para todos los AC (o te congelabas o pasabas calor o tenías que levantarte a por el aire).
La limpieza no era diaria. Fue solamente un repaso algún día. Nunca repusieron jabon y el papel higienico lo tuvimos que pedir.
No habia ni utensilios de limpieza como una escoba ni nada de limpieza en la cocina (bayeta, estropajos o jabon desengrasante).
Pero lo peor la falta de higiene con las toallas y las sábanas. Llegaron a dejar las toallas dobladas pareciendo limpias, completamente sucias. Incluso con algo que parecia excrementos.
Había días que se veían las sábanas y toallas a secar sobre la valla exterior (muy sucia y rodeada de basura).
Las escaleras del edificio estaban sucias y las ventanas de las mismas no cerraban bien permitiendo la entrada de mosquitos.
Además los apartamentos tampoco tienen recepción. Hay permanentemente un cartel colgado con los teléfonos. Hay que enviar WhatsApp o llamar y pedirles que vengan al alojamiento.
En resumen: problemas de higiene y mosquitos, sin poder cocinar y con una nevera y 3 ac que funcionaban a medias.

Spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Easy walk to town and to beaches

Cucina poco attrezzata, comunicazione quasi inesistente

We stayed for 4 nights a great 2 bedroom apartment. We had the basic of everything we needed. My friends had several things like hot water and ac adjustment that were not perfect but the manager shayra was great at helping us work everything out. The stoves and counters were brand new and the AC was actually too cold. Shayra even worked out a ride back to David for us and negotiated a better price than they initially quoted her It is the perfect place for a family to stay especially if studying at Habla Ya next door. Everything worked out great for us. Thank you

Stayed here about three times now. Will always stay here when we come. It is a super convenient!

Pese al mal tiempo que reinó durante nuestra estadía debido a un frente frío, todo ha sido excelente

First of all the hotel is within walking distance to the town but it’s not really close to anything more than a couple súper markets, the front is not as nice as in the pictures and the rooms are not at spacious as they seem, they are nice even though. The kitchen had only 2 functioning fires and the fridge kept dropping one of the trays when you opened it. The a/c in the living room wasn’t working and they told me they would fix it, but they didn’t. The bathroom was not flushing when we got there, but they fixed that problem the next day.
The beds and lining were comfortable.
It wasn’t an incredibly great experience but it wasn’t bad either you get your money’s worth.
