Won’t be back

Cons:

They EMAILED time sensitive information on the day of arrival- I never check email while driving and my reservation was almost cancelled. I called to complain and they hung up on me. No conditioner. Room was hard to cool off. Looks dingy. Food was blah.

It was relaxing
Pros:

I loved the customer service it was the best I had seen in a long time. We had the privilege of being helped by Shannon. We arrived Saturday evening the lobby was loud and chaotic. She remained calm, professional, and kind and undistracted while she was helping you. Her genuine love of people and kindness really shined though. She is truly an asset she makes sure you are taking care of you and will assist anyway possible. She is a true asset!

Comfortable.
Pros:

Location. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Stayed for the pool. Closed for "maintenance" each day. Stayed for the breakfast. Didn't have a lot of the things needed. Milk for cereal, cream cheese for bagels, little kids sticking their hands in everything (which isn't the hotels fault) but didn't want to eat a lot of it due to this.
Bathroom door didn't stay locked, or even shut. Kept sliding open while in there. Last guests personal belongings still in the bathroom drawers.

Pool could be warmer but it wasn’t hot that day and got cold as ever

How she accommodated me even tho I didn’t have the right card. She also was very understanding. I can’t remember her name, but she’s a good woman and great for your business 10000/10

The snacks was stocked , very clean, wasn’t a lot of noise, real chill

Location was great. Nice kitchen. Good TV . Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Furniture was very dated. Water pressure in sinks was poor. Bed linens were not the best. Room was not ready at 3 and had to wait almost two hours to get in.
