In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Hotel simples e moderado, para uma hospedagem de transito está ótimo.
Pros:

Hotel custo benefício ok. Banheiro um pouco antigo, água quente e forte. Serviço de entrega de comida bom, resturantes perto do hotel, estacionamento logo na frente do hotel.

Cons:

Limpeza do banheiro, café da manhã básico, estacionamento cobrado por diária. A nota fiscal veio em nome de outro estabelecimento.

Cons:

Banheiro com mofo, controle da TV não funcionava, porta tem alguns vão da para ver o lado de fora, sumiu nossos alimentos e no final ainda saímos como mentirosos, não resolveram.
Quarto tem cheiro de umidade um dia as frutas estão frescas e no outro passadas como se estivessem colocando na mesa novamente.
Sucos muito aguado, portão do estacionamento não queria funcionar ficou a hospedagem inteira com ele aberto. Funcionários nem olha na nossa cara.
