o quarto é exatamente como nas fotos, cama super confortável, ar condicionado estava ok também, sempre havia limpeza no quarto. A localização do hotel é muito boa!

Cons:

o box do banheiro inunda todo o banheiro quando tomo banho. O elevador do hotel estragou todos os dias que estive nele, foi horrível isso. Café da manhã bem simples.

Cons:

Fazia um barulho no quarto, próximo ao teto do banheiro que incomodou. O café da manhã também não é muito bom. Poucas opções. Fui para uma competição, e no segundo dia da diária era feriado la. Como eu tinha compromisso às 7:00, não pude tomar o café e não providenciaram uma solução . Foram muitas pessoas com o mesmo problema e ficamos sem café da manhã!

Pros:

Hotel fica ao lado da praça Milton Campos. Sabonete e shampoo no banheiro é cheiroso e tem muito.
Quarto limpo e com jogo de cama, tem toalha e cobertor.

Cons:

Piscina suja e o Sol dificilmente chega nela, pois está rodeada pelo prédio do hotel, prédio vizinho e árvore alta, a água fica bem fria. Infelizmente a sauna está desativada e removeram a sinuca.

O barulho excessivo de móveis arrastando pela manhã. Eu e minha família precisávamos descansar pois chegamos tarde de um evento e pegamos mais de 10 horas de estrada...Mas o barulho das camas arrastando, portas batendo e pessoas conversando alto no corredor não nos permitiu...
