Eine besondere Oase im Dschungel von Mumbai
Pros:

Hotellerie vom Feinsten, vom Checkin bis zum Ausschecken. Äußerst geschultes und aufmerksames Personal in sämtlichen Bereichen. Viele Extras sind eingepreist, wie zB eine Führung durchs Haus und ein Erinnerungsfoto. Perfekte Betten, das Mobiliar hat in einigen Zimmern zwar deutliche Gebrauchsspuren, sprüht dabei aber den Charme vergangener Tage. Im Lobbybereich tummeln sich neben den Gästen auch viele Besucher, die nur einen Blick in das Hotel werden wollen.

Luxury Travels Comments...
Pros:

This was my returning stay at Taj Palace, I prefer the Palace Wing with old charm. The hotel was packed and weekends was like Grand Central Station. Security was very tight. Still, service was fine. Staff were quite gracious. Loved the details of rose petals on the floor to welcome you back etc etc

Cons:

They burn strong incense or whatever perfumes all around and I think it should be lessened. Scents were too strong. Food at the Sea Lounge was so so. Pastas were overladened with thick cream/cheese. Sometimes, when guests are tired, they may just want a good chicken soup with vegetables or a Minestrone. Menus should be revised.
