Nice hotel but disappointing experience during breakfast, never received my order
Pros:

Amazing hotel. Certainly a lot nicer than the Taj Mahal Tower one.

Cons:

Ridiculous breakfast experience- I was the solo traveler and waiters just ignored me. When I finally made an order (not to a waiter but to a manager in a dark/blue suit), in 50 minutes no food came, and I just left after getting what was in a buffet.

Pros:

They have kept it like heritage property, not spending a penny on improvement

Cons:

Loya is an Indian restaurant, that does neither serve laccha paratha nor any type of papad. Sea view is a waste as you cannot see sea either from bed or chair. Just when you are standing. Should have kept bar chair for sea view room. Forest essential shower gel is a five times waste of water as it is very oily to remove . Very worn down interior. Shower cabin size is 4ft x4 ft and this is charged as a suite room

Such a beautiful place - the memory of staying there will remain forever!
Pros:

Location is fantastic and being so iconic it was a great experience to stay there for our last night of our holiday in India

Pros:

Location is very good, Staff at reception very nicely welcome us, Facilities inside and outside are very good.

Cons:

Only in the restaurants, for first 2 days service at the restaurant are nice but 3rd it was slow and 4th days it was worst and even we get out from the restaurant without taking dinner.

First time in my life I heard that whisky is sold out in hotel.

A fabulous start to our Indian holiday
Pros:

Beautiful architecture and interior design. Excellent restaurants and a lovely pool. Our sea view room was gorgeous.
