Bad service, specially for breakfast, they shift priorities and no consistency at all with the food and service.

We were promised a breakfast prior to heading to the airport at a very early hours (6am) and again! Nothing at all very disappointing. I would recommend people to stay without breakfast.

Pros:

das taj ist eine legende. schönes altes gebäude im kolonialen stil. teilweise aber sehr oldschool. service ist für den preis und die klasse etwas sehr "indisch" (also nicht so auf zack wie man erwarten würde). es ist alles in allem eher die legendäre aura und der koloniale charme, der dieses hotel besonders macht. was den standard angeht gibt es für den preis sicherlich bessere hotels.
