Pros:

お宿に不満はありません。
予約サイト（Hotels.com）のトラブルで、予約が取れていなかったことが判明。希望していたプランでの宿泊ができなかったが、お宿の方々の対応が臨機応変で、柔軟に対応して頂き、感謝しております。
予約サイト側の手続き、返金処理をお待ちしてます。

Pros:

施設は普通で、特に気になるようなことが無かったので、良かったと思います。
ただ、スタッフの手が足りていない感じで、チェックインなどで結構待ちました。

Pros:

綺麗でおしゃれなお部屋，窓から見える風景，おいしい晩御飯，すべてを堪能いたしました．下調べが足りず，いろいろとわがままを言いましたが，対応をしていただきました．

微妙。
Pros:

タオルを渡し忘れている、朝食のメイン料理を忘れている。過度な接客はいらないので、最低限の接客をして欲しかったです。
また、部屋は窓の鍵がかからない、隣の部屋のイビキまで筒抜け、共同水道の蛇口をひねる度に響く音、、親戚のおばさんの家に泊まった位の環境でした。
リピートはありません。
