Good value for money
Pros:

Location is everything and, though a simple hotel, this was what was guiding the choice. IT is a simple hotel with a bit of Soviet remnants. It met my expectations as iI was not expecting something luxurious. It is a place to sleep and if that is what you need, it's fine.

Cons:

It took some time to work out the breakfast arrangements. It was not busy, so the breakfast was served instead of a buffet. It also starts late, which is a problem for me as I have to be out early in the day. IT was organised in the end, but took some discussion.

Everything was great!
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location, the room was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were always ready to help and made our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Pros:

Удобное расположение, приветливый персонал, не смотря на то что Villa Natali находится почти в центре, можно отдохнуть с дороги,тихо и не шумно,что большой плюс.Немного дороговато завтрак,но вкусно.Рекомендую однозначно.Спасибо❤️

Pros:

Приємні дівчата на рецепції. Підкажуть, допоможуть. Потрібно було роздрукувати документи - без питань. В номері чисто. Працюють кондиціонери. Постіль свіжа. Для однієї ночі нормально.

Cons:

Дуже брудні килими в коридорі на сходах.

מקלחת טובה שירותים נקיים
מזגן עובד אבל לא כמו שצריך

החדר שלי היה בעליית הגג החלונות לא מכוסים כמו שצריך בתריס ככה שנכנס אור יום בבוקר וקשה לישון כמו שצריך אחרי טיסה..

It far exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

Çalışanlar her konuda son derece yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü. Otelin konumu oldukça merkeziydi ve ulaşımı çok rahattı. Odalar temiz ve düzenliydi. İhtiyaç duyduğumuz her türlü hizmete kolayca ulaşabildik. Konaklamamız boyunca hiçbir sorun yaşamadık; karşılaştığımız her konuda çözüm odaklı yaklaştılar. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.
