The location and the wonderful spaces in the hotel.
Food and drink also very good.

The room could be very noisy at times. Despite what seemed like very solid walls I was continuous awoken with noises from other rooms.

Bediening ver ondermaats, terwijl alles voorhanden om een super ervaring te hebben.
Pros:

Schitterende ambiance, alles ziet er piekfijn uit. Vele mooie zitjes en super schone moderne kamers.

Cons:

We waren met 6 vrienden.
Bediening op terras én bij diner waren niet competent. Bediening is erg afwezig en moet je soms zoeken….
Dan krijg je ook nog koude cappuccino want de rest had cocktails besteld en dat kwam samen. In het diner werd geen steak bestek ingedekt terwijl steaks al op tafel gezet werden.
Geen likeurtje direct bij de enkele koffie’s maar kwam 20 min later pas, net zoals de Irish coffee ‘s.
Tweede fles wijn kon niet snel besteld worden én moesten er nog een keer om vragen etc.
Erg jammer, alles kwam erg laat, wel telkens excuses, maar daar wordt de ervaring niet beter van. Heb onze ervaringen per mail gedeeld, en een net antwoord gekregen.
Echter de tweede avond precies hetzelfde. Terwijl het toen erg rustig was.
Op het terras lukte het ons zelfs niet om een tweede rondje te bestellen!
Diner kwam heel erg laat op tafel. De fles wijn was natuurlijk al op, werd niks gevraagd en uiteindelijk duurde het 15 min voordat we weer voorzien waren. Toen was de maaltijd al op.
Absoluut geen aanrader, het diner zelf was hemels. Wat een domper van de bediening dan.

Blijft bijzonder om in een kasteel te slapen.
Faciliteiten, zwembad, bar, terrassen buiten hel mooi.
Kamer niet heel groot, maar voldoende.
Heerlijk gegeten in restaurant, wel aan de
prijs. Op terras goedkopere kaart.

Cons:

Miste alleen stekker bij het bed.
En vaag dekentje op bed.

Vi var nöjda.
Pros:

Mycket trevligt boende, trevligt rum.

Cons:

Servisen kan bli bättre upplevde en okunskap med viner till maten. Solstols området kring fantastisk pool är lite för liten.

Magnificent building
Pros:

The hotel is an architectural gem and was a real pleasure to find. The restaurant and all the variety of areas to sit and relax are really beautiful. The staff and freindly and efficient and it was a special treat for the receptionist to escort us to our room.

Cons:

Unfortunately the food is not as good as the surroundings. The hot food at breakfast was cold and the dinner as well as being quite expensive, was not impressive or enjoyable. For a hotel of this standard, the cooking should be of a higher level.
For us, the beds were too hard.
