Clean hotel, No breakfast because no one had a key to get into the kitchen. Disappointing.
Pros:

The room was pretty clean, the shower pressure was good, and the room was spacious.

Cons:

The parking lot was full upon arrival because of the shared parking lot with the restaurant. We didn't feel safe parking way up away from the hotel as there were random men standing around in the lot and we arrived after dark. We had to wait in our car parked up above to drive down to the hotel parking lot once we saw a spot open up. Being 2 women this was concerning. The front desk woman was nice, but she didn't look very professional in a tank top with undergarments hanging out. She was having issues checking us in because of a computer issue and we had to wait a while for her to figure it out while she was on the phone with someone helping her. Breakfast didn't happen in the morning. The door to the kitchen was locked and no one seemed to have a key to open it. This was VERY disappointing because we had a team of volleyball players in there who NEEDED breakfast before their first match at 8am. We had to be there by 7:00am and breakfast would have been nice to have. We purposely choose hotels with free breakfasts for that reason so this was very disappointing. We had to rush everyone out of the hotel and tell them they had to buy breakfast somewhere along the way and where we were headed there wasn't much around for them to get. I am not sure the breakfast would have even been ready by 6:30 when the breakfast attendant didn't even arrive until 6:04am. We were down there at 5:50am waiting for breakfast, and we beat the attendant there. Then the door wouldn't open and by 6:20 we were telling our players and families to rush out and grab breakfast somewhere else.

Pros:

Loved the location and the pool was very nice ,the breakfast was really good and the staff were very friendly

Cons:

We arrived late and someone with the same last name as me had the king room I had reserved so we had to settle for a double bed room only downfall was I wanted a bath and had to settle for a shower in which the shower pressure was horrible. Other than that everything was nice

Pros:

We did not have the opportunity to have breakfast. We came down around eight thirty and there was no essential breakfast items available. It appeared that there was a couple of large groups on Saturday morning and only one person seem to be handling replenishing of food.

Cons:

For one a sweet in my experience means a separation of spaces. This was not the case. There was no linen or pillows for the pull out sofa.

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and had options. Amenities were great. My kids loved the indoor pool! Majority of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The heating/ac unit in our room was loud. It worked good, just noisy.
