Pros:

It was close to the event.

Cons:

The hotel could use a major upgrade. The tub was marked up with wear and tear. The chair in the room was ripped up and peeling faux leather. It smells like mold. Breakfast was not very good at all. The dining area was dirty. I wouldn't stay there again.

Pros:

Water temperatures were a problem, but that was not major. Just get ice for your drinking water/
Rooms were comfortable and quiet, I think either side would be fine.
Didn't use the pool, but it was open
Close to restaurants, recommend Happy Day's, next door. Italia Cafe, also next door, was not worth the bother. were there for 2 hours, table next to us, came later and got food before us. Waitress, forgot to put our order in when she was given it.

I have paid more for less. Overall, my stay was pretty good.

The property was very clean.

Cons:

There are several areas that need attention and repair. The description of the room indicates that there is a coffee maker in the room. So far my inspection of the room has not been successful in finding one. This is the first time in about 15 years of staying in hotels that I haven’t had one in the room.

Sweet p l ace to stay!
Pros:

Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable. Happy Hour last night brought out a few people who appeared to have a good time. Great breakfast. Overall a great stay
