Pros:

De locatie van het hotel is super.
Goede bedden, fijn na een hele dag lopen

Cons:

Zeer gehorige kamers aan een drukke weg. Hotel biedt ontbijt aan, dit is in een hotel 2 straten verderop. Op zich is dit prima te doen, maar wij vonden het ontbijt niet de moeite waard. Koffie/thee op de kamers werd niet aangevuld. Vitrages en gordijnen vielen bijna vd rails. Geen toiletborstel, douche werd slecht warm.
Geen airco of iets van ventilatie. Wij troffen een gemiddelde buiten temperatuur van 18 graden met zon en de kamers waren heel warm.

Pros:

We stayed for three nights and everything was perfect from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient! they allowed us to check in immediately upon arrival, even though it was before 14:00 which we really appreciated after traveling.
The hotel is located in the Historic Center of Rome, which makes it incredibly convenient. Most of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, so we were able to explore the city easily on foot.
The cleanliness was also outstanding. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and cleaned thoroughly every day. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything felt fresh and comfortable throughout our stay.

Regarding the staff, Manisha was always kind and helpful to us!

Location vs Sleep
Pros:

Awesome location, large room, everything worked, has hairdryer. Intereting elevator. Great cleaning.

Cons:

Bring your earplugs (or buy in nearby Farmacia). Almost no noise isolation against a very busy street, including during the night. Not for people who do not have a deep sleep.

You reach the elevator after passing two metal doors with keys and climb a stair of about 15 steps -- problem when carrying heavier luggage.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!
Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel in Rome! The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions and ideal for exploring the city on foot. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was very comfortable.
We also really appreciated that they kept our luggage safely after check-out until it was time to leave for our flight.

The closet was too small, for 3 people

Would definetly come back!
Pros:

Great location! In the center of everything, a walking distance from all attractions which was a crucial part of our choice.
Room was very good, specious, big, great AC, noise isolated. Also there's a supermarket right next to the entrance. The staff was kind, positive, welcoming and paid attention to our needs when we needed.

Cons:

he WiFi was off from time to time, hot water at the shower was a bit problematic but the staff took care of all when we needed.
