A quiet and beautiful location near town to experience Sapa.
Pros:

Great views, we were given an upgrade, the room was amazing with finer details such as candles. Restaurant food was ok. The big highlight was to thank all the staff who were attentive and very helpful.

Cons:

The walk to town from the hotel all uphill (10-15mins, with trucks and taxis) unfortunately there was no shuttle provided by the hotel to make this a 10/10.

Quality hotel with great amenities
Pros:

Well, I booked a valley view room, they initially gave me partial valley view room, when I complained a day after, they changed it to valley view.

The hotel location is amazing, facilities are very good, swimming pool was not that good, quite normal.

breakfast was nice and with a lot of verities.

Cons:

That initially I was given a partial valley view room instead of the one I booked.

Great experience with Pao! It’s the perfect spot for amazing views and a quiet getaway
Pros:

Amazing view with the valley view room. Hotel was clean, comfortable and food was great! The AC in our room was not working well and the staff reached out to us before we could’ve even told them, and they offered to send us a fan. Excellent customer service.

Special thanks to the receptionist Ms. Katie for her excellent and outstanding service. She provided us with enough information and clear explanations about the city and tourist attractions. Her constant smile and positive attitude made our stay even better.

Stunning view of Sapa’s rice fields and mountains!
Pros:

Pao’s Sapa has an incredible view over the mountains and rice fields of Sapa, which is one of the reasons we chose it! We definitely enjoyed our breakfast and drinks with the view, and would highly recommend it if that is what you are looking for.

The staff was very friendly and made the most to make us feel comfortable. We especially appreciated their effort to secure an earlier check-in given that we arrived early from Hanoi.

Cons:

While the hotel and it’s personnel are very very good, we thought that there could be some space for improvement. An example was the towels in our room that seemed a bit worn out.

We had read some comments about the pool being cold, which were confirmed. However, our program in Sapa was full so the fact that the pool was not THE BEST didn’t really take away from our experience.

Last but not least, while the breakfast was really nice and rich, we didn’t feel the same about the dinner we had there, so it is the only thing that we would not recommend (in no case should take away from the overall experience).

Один из лучших отелей, где я жила! Из номера невероятный вид на долину. сотрудники бесплатно повысили нам категорию номера, дали угловой номер. В номере два санузла, огромная ванная комната с ванной на двоих и огромная кровать, а также панорамные окна и кофемашина. Номер уютный. Было прохладно, поэтому сотрудники принесли обогреватель. Каждый день обновляли все расходники и убирали. На завтраке огромный выбор, интернет терпимо работал)

Жалею, что не смогла остаться там подольше

Incredible stay in an incredible location
Pros:

We arrived in the hotel and encountered an issue that aggravated us. The hotel staff approached us with extraordinary kindness and generosity and found a solution that addressed our issues and more. Since then our stay was stellar.

The room was immaculately clean and well equipped. The generous view of the valley is breathtaking. The food is tasty and abundant and addresses varied tastes.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding activities around, giving us tips only locals could.

Might I add, the massages my wife and I got in the hotel spa were the best we ever had.

they charged my credit card 2 days before arrival
the price per night changes constantly when searching for the hotel on booking.com
fake discounts e. g. standard price over 1000 euros reduced to 400 euros when the average rate was about 540 euros and not 1000 euros.....I don't like these procedures and the hotel should be held accountable for this misguidance
