Excellent stay in Sapa
Pros:

The quality of the service provided from the whole staff.
The view from the room on the valley
The confort of the room and the terrace

سعة الغرف والاطلالة على الوادي حيث تصل الغيوم إلى الفندق وتمنح منظراً رائعاً وهي تغطي الأجواء والمناظر المحيطة

Cons:

ازعاج الحديقة المجاورة (موانا سابا) وانعدام الخصوصية في البلكونة للغرف المطلة على الحديقة، كذلك بعد الفندق عن وسط سابا حيث الطريق لوسط سابا مرتفع متعب جداً في حال المشي على الأقدام

La ubicación es espectacular

Desde la aplicación que reserve las fotos del paisaje son espectaculares. Yo desgraciadamente estuve en una habitación que apenas tenía vistas. Eso deberían especificarlo. Cuando llegué era antes de la hora del check in. Les pregunté cuánto tiempo antes de permitirme entrar en la habitación y me dijeron las 2. Así que tuve que esperar muchas horas. Me dijeron que había habido mucha gente pero no era verdad. Creo tienen esa política de hotel. No permiten entrar antes de las dos. En todos los hoteles que he estado en Vietnam me han permitido incluso entrar a las 11:00 cosa que se agradece.
Si consigues una habitación el planta superior las vistas son espectaculares.

Der Pool war leider nicht wie auf den Bildern. Er war sehr kalt und der Whirl Pool war außer Betrieb. Leider wurde auf die Beschwerde hin auch nicht reagiert.

أفضل فندق أقمنا فيه على الإطلاق.
مطل على الجبل و مزارع الأرز،
كانت الغرف نظيفة و مجهزة تجهيزًا ممتاز.
و المرافق، كحمام السباحة وصالة الألعاب الرياضية والمطعم والمنتجع الصحي ممتاز ولاغلطة 👍🏻،
وموظفو الاستقبال رائعين، مهذبين، متحمسين، ومحترفين للغاية.
يستقبلونك لفتح باب السيارة وعند المغادرة
وإذا في مطر يستقبلونك بمظلات

والنت ماشاءالله لاقوة إلابالله مررره قوي
بوفيه الإفطار عندهم ممتاز ومتنوع..الأكل الحلال محدود لكن تنوع الأكل ماراح تحس بالجوع.
المطعم يطل على الوادي والجبال الخلابة، العاملين فيه جداً محترمين ومتعاونين ومهذبين ،
في الدور السادس توجد حديقة بسيطة فيها طاولة و 3 مقاعد من خشب صغيرة .
والدور 8 يوجد بلياردو ولعبة الفرفيرة (كرة قدم الطاولة).

وعندهم خدمة شاتيل باص كل ساعتين لمناطق قريبه من الفندق،
وأذا تبي تغير جو وتتمشى مرره قريبه منك المطاعم لكن الأكل فيتنامي لكن المطاعم إلي تناسبنا قريبه من المنطقة تقريباً 4 دقائق بالسيارة
ومحلات تبيع ملابس وتذكارات واكسسوارات وأحذية وشنط
وتلاقي مركز سن بلازا في السنتر سابا، فيه محطة القطار من هناك تقطع من المكتب الموجود فيه للتلفريك والقطار مقابل لستاربكس
و هناك كثير محلات الهدايا و الملابس والبراندات
وقريب من بحيرة سابا

وتحيط بها المقاهي، محلات التذكاري، ومناطق للتنزه.
يعني الفندق يفوز.
