Top notch hotel with many amenities. This hotel provides the magnificent landscape of Sapa. Excellent staff, spacious rooms, and tugged away from the city center. The breakfast buffet has plenty of selection and delicious. Highly recommended. The GM was polite and care about his customer
Paos Sapa is a lovely property at a great location. You can easily walk to Sapa square. The rooms are cleam and the service is great. The hotel has all the ameneties and a good breakfast spread.
We stayed 2 nights. Rooms are big and comfortable and clean. They gave us 3 single beds which was fine.
Rooms are equipped well with all required accessories. Hotel gives 2 bottles of water per day. Anything extra is charged.
Breakfast spread is very good with a lot of variety. Local and international cuisine is served. Taste is good.
It's located slightly away from the centre and is next to a valley viewpoint called Moana cafe. But it was all foggy during our stay.
Grab is about 50-75 VND to centre/ fansipan cable car/ Cat Cat village.
We were well assisted by Katie at the front office. She was extremely helpful and kept us updated on the weather situation on Fansipan for planning. Some of her suggestions for town dining were good. She also helped us out during off duty hours.
Overall worth the stay and a beautiful place to stay.
Very nice experience, hospitality is very good.location is good. Food was good. Room are spacious. Swimming pool was ok.
Pao was great and quiet. We had to change and reserve rooms on an extremely packed Christmas Day. Dustin from the reception made it happen!
Traveling around Sapa the whole day can be tiring but being Pao’s Sapa as your hotel, you wouldn’t worry about anything else. Take inside your hotel room, take a rest and feel relaxed. Everyone is also accommodating.
Had a wonderful stay at this property.
From the moment I arrived, the front office team made me feel genuinely welcome. The receptionist was courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and every interaction reflected true hospitality. I would highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.
Dustin was very help full and always available . Hotel itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. I definitely recommend this
Pao Sapa is a fantastic hotel with excellent, friendly staff who make you feel very welcome. The location is perfect, offering beautiful rice field views that are truly relaxing. It’s definitely a hotel worth staying at in Sapa, and it’s also very close to Sapa town, making it convenient while still peaceful.
We appreciate the warm and excellent accommodation of all the staff -especially to Katie.
Food was excellent too. Good value for money.
Rooms are very clean
We stayed for 3 nights and got an upgrade to a room with a mountain view. Both the view and the service were amazing!!
The location was also perfect as it was only 1km from the city centre.
Room is amazing, alongwith garden. Truly luxurious feels
We stayed in family suite with garden and mountain view
I truly enjoyed it
The room was alright, however it is not soundproof so you might hear another room’s tv and noise. Overall, the view in the room was amazing throughout as we were facing the mountains. Value for money. Staffs are friendly and efficient.
We made the right choice at staying at Pao’s as the overall experience was wonderful ( great view , clean room, friendly staffs) . We met a front office staff , Dustin ( duc) and he was very helpful . He constantly checked on us and asked if we required any assistance during our stay . I sprained my ankle and he went the extra mile and brought us ice pack to help relieve my pain.
Very good buffet and very nice room.
The room has a great view.
Glory was very nice and welcoming.
The service was generally very good.
Loving the hotel! Glory was very very helpful for us to book everything and arrange everything.
We’re used to driving around in our holidays but glory helped arranged everything
The location was very good for most of the attractions around Sapa. Access to Grab is great!
The hotel staff are very friendly & helpful as well. Everything you wish to do around Sapa, the hotel has it all ready for you to make the necessary bookings. Like a one stop centre!
Highly recommended, hotel serves good food, rooms are good too.

Had a great stay at the Hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Sapa!
Not far from the city centre plaza, Pao Sapa has the best views from all sides of the hotel. I stayed in two rooms and both were spacious with amazing mountain views. Furthermore the atmosphere here just like the city, is calm, natural, organically beautiful. Its clean, calm and silent, thus aesthetic in a lot of ways. With most amenities available, the service by people is value for money, which isn't heavy on the pockets as well.
Shout out to Quyen for being an excellent concierege and Thinh for walking us through the people and culture. Definitely bringing back family.
