The room is ok

Cons:

It is not recommended for seniors especially like me who has concern on knees and hips. There are 45 steps to get into our room on the third floor. They should have saved a room for me as senior 😉 since I booked days ahead of time

24 h Reception. Wir kamen mit der Fähre nachts um 2 Uhr in Lucena an und waren darauf angewiesen, um diese Zeit noch ins Hotel rein zu kommen. Es liegt nur ca. 5 km vom Hafen entfernt.
Nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Strasse relativ laut früh morgens. Zimmer recht klein, aber für eine Nacht ok.

Pros:

There's a water leak in the comfort room floor. It is really annoying & kind of dangerous for us-nearing senior citizens.

Cons:

Comfort room water leak & 30 minutes extension has not been observed.
