Pros:

Great location next to Iidabashi train station, right across the street from 7-11 and a bakery next door. Clean room and fresh towels every day

Cons:

The bed/mattress was too soft for me personally and my back hurt every morning. Also wish there was coin laundry on site but we found one close by.
