Sehr schönes Hotel mit ein paar kleinen Mankos die nicht groß ins Gewicht fallen.
Pros:

Alles gut. Essen in großer Auswahl. Qualität war auch gut. Pools waren gut gepflegt. Mitarbeiter vom Service sehr bemüht und freundlich. Man kommt mit dem Bus vor der Tür in die City. Einfach beim Pförtner melden.

Cons:

Man bucht ein Zimmer ohne Balkon. Dies wird einem vor Ort noch einmal erklärt und direkt ein schöneres für 175€ angeboten. Man kann sich das Zimmer, was man gebucht hat, vorher ansehen. Es wird einem ein dunkles verwinkeltes Zimmer gezeigt. Da zahlt man gerne mehr für ein schöneres Zimmer. Auffällig war das mehrere zeitgleich an der Rezeption waren mit dem gleichen Thema. Da steckt System dahinter. Nicht schön. Ich weiß das gleich die Antwort vom Hotel hier drunter stehen wird das man kein Zimmer mit Balkon angeboten hat auf deren Seite usw. Ich finde es unseriös!! Beim Essen sind die Mitarbeiter sehr schnell beim Abräumen des Tisches. Aber wenn man ein Getränk bestellen möchte wartet man lange. Sehr junges Personal die des Öfteren mal ins Handy schauen. Ich weiß die sind geschult und so (Antwort des Hotels). Realität sieht anders aus. Getränke waren im Restaurant mit wenig Auswahl. Ich hatte mein Getränk von draußen mitgebracht. Kiosk auf Gelände.

Большой отель, куча бассейнов . Есть подогреваемый уличный и внутри здания. Чистая территория. Еда отличная, на любой вкус. Очень разнообразная. Персонал приветливый.

Wir waren überrascht wie gut alles Organisiert war das ganze Personal hat alles gegeben die waren sehr fleißig alle. Essen und Trinken war genug wir jeden Geschmack war was dabei. Super!

Für den Preis ok, aber würde es nicht mehr Besuchen.
Cons:

Das Essen war fast immer gleich und nicht genug warm. Das Personal ist überfordert. Zimmerreinigung wie Bodenwischen wird nicht jeden Tag durchgeführt. Badetuch Ausgabe nur an einer stelle. Es könnte an mehreren Orten sein da die Anlage gross ist.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super Personal, vor allem ein riesen Dank an Maya, die als Animateuren sich super um unsere Kinder gekümmert hat und allgemein super engagiert war
