Hotel close to city center and doctor's office.
Pros:

First night, we heard loud bang on almost every door in the lobby.
Second night, dog barking, people talking on the lobby, loud door closing.
Third night, same as first night, but workers are dragging stuffs upstairs at past 10pm.
My sister reported it to the front desk.
Again, dragging the tables and chairs. My sister went upstairs and yell at them!

Water issue.. You must tell the front desk that you will take a shower otherwise you will get lil drips while showering.

Front desk is very nice..that's Gab!
Restaurant staffs are very accomodating esp Alvin.

Mt Tapyas which has about 730 steps is nearby. You pay 10php one way.
Maquinit hot Spring is about 25 minutes away. Very nice place. Entrance fee is 200php.

The harbor is about 12 minutes away by tricycle.
