Location is ok...just opposite Econsave...15mins to jetty

Cons:

Booking.com offer rate not applied as they collect cash only and can't do anything as they told when check in...staff can't explain well reason as well... TV not functioning...not much choice as already late n last mins trip

Pros:

location is great near with econsave, the restaurant also near.

Cons:

All tv at all room not function, the reception tell during check in... (hmm suppose hotel fix before quest coming in right), This hotel in booking website say it when arrived at hotel, guest can pay it, and also in booking website remarks note: hotel will call for prepayment. what i curious is the booking website price include fee room sst rm 27.58 & heritage tourist rm 18 & & city tax RM 30 & room rm 344.80.. And the total Rm 420.38 for 3 room 2 night, but when i arrived . the price i need pay is rm 465.40..so the different is RM 45.02 , so i don't know how hotel calculate . and lastly, i don't to argue because i already check in late.. For reminder myself i will avoid any kind of hotel can pay at property, because i think i got scammed. But overall hotel is good especially room very cleanliest..

Pros:

It's very clean, the shower is comfortable, and the staff are really friendly. Definitely worth the price!

Cons:

The soundproofing isn’t great, but for the price, there’s nothing to complain about! We still had a really good experience <3
