Simple to use room services.

Cons:

Bathroom needed a better clean in the shower area - was still a bit brown.
And Iron needs updating. I had a formal event and used the iron which resulted in it ripping up my dress. Which was very upsetting.

Sari at reception was extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and well laid out.

Cons:

The room was really hot when we arrived, we had to put the aircon on to cool it down and by morning it was still at 23° with the aircon on.

Pleasant, friendly staff and enjoyed the close promixity to the restaurants.
Pros:

Good service. Clean. Great location to local restaurants and reasonable parking.

Cons:

The heater in the foyer was broken so it was very cold when we walked in and the bar area was also very cold. The shower and toilet were very close together.

Poor room make up service! half-hearted and disinterest approach in making the bed only the corners were roughly tucked in?! I had already stayed three nights and had another 3 nights to go. Very disappointing.
Informed the service manager who apologised, and had it attended to the next morning satisfactorily.

The Sage Hotel Ringwood was the perfect place to stay on this trip with activities in Croydon, Lilyd
Pros:

I love the location of Sage Hotel Ringwood. So close to all I need to do on a quick trip to Melbourne. Also close to the train and the shops and eateries.

Cons:

The staff member at check-in could have had a bit more 'personality'. Maybe ask how my trip was, the weather, anything really instead of just doing the formal bits as if by rote.
I coukd not get the Wifi to work. It would not take me to the log-in page on the day I arrived. When it finally did the next morning, connection was sporadic.
