Great stay, will be back again.
Pros:

Close to the shops, clean spacious room. Shower has great pressure. Bed is very comfortable. Enjoyed my stay enough we stayed another night

Cons:

I didn’t love the food options at the restaurant or the room service menu. But everything else is WONDERFUL

Pros:

Every staff member I encountered was friendly and approachable. The hotel was easy to navigate to from Southern Cross station. They give you a reward for skipping daily housekeeping which i thought was a nice touch and black out curtains were awesome. Being attached to the mall was convenient.

Cleanest and best value hotel room for the price in Melbourne
Pros:

Hotel looked like it was brand new. Clean, organised, and exceptional concierge staff. They also have a bar and dining area which looked classy. Easy carpark access for hotel guests, and concierge sort you out with a bonus boomgate access ticket to overcome any potential exit issues. Thank you to Chrissy for your exceptional professionalism and helpfulness.

An ideal refuge in times of bushfire conditions
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Easy access to hotel. All was very comfortable. Had to extend for a day which was not a problem.

Cons:

A bit too cool for my liking in the main area, luckily i had a cardigan with me

Great room, great location!
Pros:

The room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was a plus as well and Eastland was easy to access from the hotel.
