Pros:

Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en staat altijd klaar om je overal mee te helpen. Het ontbijt was in de vorm van een uitgebreid open buffet, met werkelijk alles erop en eraan. Het hotel ligt direct aan zee, met een prachtig uitzicht. We vroegen of een upgrade mogelijk was, en zelfs dat kregen we helemaal gratis. Echt een aanrader! Bovendien ligt het hotel letterlijk tegenover het beroemde restaurant Fiko, waar veel beroemdheden komen.

Double check before making a reservation because there are 2 hotels which have similar names in Yalikavak (Art Suite Hotel & Arts Hotel).
This hotel is good on location but beach is facing for Yalikavak Marina. Other than this, stuff is helpful and good for just staying, nothing more on amenities...

Nice and clean but nasty smell
Pros:

It was nice and clean

Cons:

There was a nasty smell in the bathroom, i think it came from the sewage system. We had to keep the bathroom door closed.

This hotel is within walking distance of Yalikavak Marina. Really great location, the pool was the highlight. Really friendly staff as well!

Excellent, relaxing and renewing experience
Pros:

The facility is design so good according to the architectural plan. The second floor balconies are against the amazing view of the natur and swimming pool. The staff was more than amazing. They are helpful, kind and friendly. I really dont understand the people who rated bad to the location. You cannot have a better location with this money. Yalikavak is expensive region of Bodrum and the most popular place is the Yalikavak Marine. This hotel is located 10 mins of walk from it. It has everyday cleaning, delicous breakfast and port to the sea and great location.

Speacial thanks to the staff Recep, Deniz and to the business owner Seyfi Kaya.

Cons:

Nothing. Only improvement can be to put another AC to the connected room. Time to time its hard to adjust both sides temperature.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! Enjoyed a perfect holiday in the centre of Yalikavak, close to the Marina, beaches , shopping. Thank you so much to the owner who made us feel welcome , the friendly hotel staff, me and my friend will definitely come here again ! 10/10 Hotel and service !
