Sejurul a fost ok.
Pros:

Camerele spațioase, curate. Unul dintre recepționeri vorbea limba engleză si era foarte amabil.

Cons:

Micul dejun nu este foarte potrivit pentru europeni. Pentru cineva mai mofturos este posibil sa rămână nemâncat.

Pros:

Room was clean, service decent, but everything was very dated. Management concerned about electricity costs, so no AC or even just fans in the hallways or (small) elevators, making the hotel in general hot and stuffy with temps in the 90s outside. Room cooled fine with the AC on though. Kettle for tea, but no coffee in the room. Only instant coffee at breakfast. Breakfast was good otherwise.

Pros:

Otel konum olarak mükemmel bir yerde. Elazığ'ın tam merkezinde araca ihtiyaç duymadan da merkezi gezebilirsiniz. Personel güler yüzlü yardımsever ve otelde gerek temizlik gerek kahvaltı beklentimizin cok üstündeydi. Araç için park yerininde olması büyük avantaj.

Pros:

Good location. No parking. It’s an old building but the rooms are big and clean. The receptionist Tochi was very helpful and knows how to speak English. Both telephone inside the room was not working. We told them they said no signal. If u want to call reception u have to go down.

Nice receptioniste speaking English and service friendly. The breakfast from 7 or a littlebit earlier is very good. Names of cheese with amount of salt would be nice because we are not used to so much salt in cheese. 15min to airport by taxi paying TL400.

I expected a little more from this hotel property, since it was the highest rated property in Elazig. However, the hotel smelled stale and like cigarette smoke although the hotel seemed very clean. I was disappointed with the hotel breakfast as the choices were very few, and there was no person on duty to serve customers. However, I understand this may not be the busy season as there were not many customers there.Tthe staff were very nice and appeared to be trying their best.
