Pros:

Это наш первый визит в Тирасполь, и выбор отеля во многом определил общее прекрасное впечатление от города. Ориентировались исключительно на отзывы — и реальность полностью оправдала наши ожидания!
В отеле царит безупречная чистота, но главное его сокровище — это персонал. Настоящие душки! Невероятно доброжелательные, вежливые и искренне внимательные к каждому гостю.
Завтраки тоже порадовали: всё свежее, качественное и очень вкусное. Отдельный плюс за обилие спелых фруктов, свежих овощей и отличный выбор хлеба. Единственное маленькое пожелание на будущее — хотелось бы видеть чуть больше разнообразия в выпечке. В остальном — прекрасное место, куда хочется вернуться!

Cons:

Не то, чтоб не понравилось , но в наше время телевизор в номерах можно поставить большим по размеру. И туалетные принадлежности нам оставляли на 1 чел, хотя нас было двое. Такая экономия немного портит впечатление.

OK stay with some flaws
Pros:

Location was nice, about 1 km from the absolute city centre. Room was very clean, AC was effective (and very valuable due to my mid-July visit). Room matched well the description. Reception ladies spoke English, which is generally not a thing in Transnistria. Staff informed me ahead that payment must be made in local cash and that there was an exchange point right next door. (Bring cash to exchange as no Western payment cards will work!)

Cons:

The curtains were not solid, so the room couldn't be made dark. On the hotel patio, some super loud music played until 23:00, making sleep impossible. The AC device was noisy. Suggest you bring earplugs and an eye cover. Breakfast was generally fine, but quite limited. Far from the promised "exceptional breakfast".

Pros:

Hotelli auttoi loistavasti meitä kuljetusten kanssa ja lähetti taksin Chisnauhun ihan sopivaan hintaan, 50 euroa. Chisnausta meille tarjottiin hkorkesmpaa hintaa.
Aamiainen ja economy-huone olivat todella perustasoa eli tarpeeksi hyvät meille.

Overall a very positive experience
Pros:

-Very clean and quiet (no noise from outside)
- friendly and helpful staff
- great location
- great wifi (very useful for Pridnestrovie)

Cons:

- the AC made some noise even when I was turned off (it didn't prevent me from sleeping though)
- breakfast is pretty bad is you prefer sweet food in the morning, like fruits, pastries and so on
- an outlet next to the bed would be useful

Pros:

Прекрасный персонал, администраторы в лобби отеля - очень приветливые, профессионально подходят в вопросам и решают их. Отдельное спасибо Марие, официант в кафе, которая нас радовала каждый завтрак и обед ненавязчивой и приятной коммуникацией. Прекрасное меню, качество и разнообразие блюд - превосходное. Официанты стараются исполнять любые просьбы.
