Stayed in better accomodation.
Pros:

Great location in the centre of Dalyan.
Lovely friendly staff and a good breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel and rooms were very cold, there was air con heat available but the whole hotel was cold.
The toilet bins were not emptied the whole of our 3 night stay and the cleanliness of the bar area could have been alot better as the tables were still dirty from the night before as we were served breakfast.

Pros:

Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean room, good shower. Nice little bar at the front and a nice pool and bar at the rear. Great location.

Cons:

Stayed 4 nights. The room was a little small for that length of stay. Would have suited 1 or 2 nights though. Next time we would try and book a 1 bed apartment.

Pros:

Very Central, lovely friendly people, clean & tidy, nice atmosphere...nothing too much trouble & the comfiest bed ever slept in - the queen room had a huge balcony and the room whilst being central was quiet.. would definitely return...

Cons:

There is a main road to front of building where some rooms are - so would ask for room overlooking pool/garden if available - which are quieter when you are booking....

We had a lovely time and were made to feel very welcome
Pros:

Friendly staff, great location.
Breakfast was nice and there was plenty of choice
Outside area very relaxing

Cons:

My husband cut his head, the shower was in an awkward position and he’s quite tall. Nothing major and he was seen to straight away.
It was just unfortunate

Fabulous in every way..
Pros:

Excellent breakfast nothing too much trouble.
Tulip would always be there and ask if there was anything more we would like.All the staff very friendly and always prepared to go the extra mile.
Fantastic barman actually the owners son Gherkim wonderful cocktails and ask him for his special sangria.Love him great personality. 😛

Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location, central, but like a little oasis at the back. Room was a good size with a large shower room and a huge balcony/ terrace. The bed was super comfy and I slept well every night. The little cafe at the front on the street is cozy and has a resident street cat is cared for. Gorkem and Eva are welcoming and helpful. I will look forward to staying again when the weather is a bit warmer !

Pros:

Great value, badic but owner was very helpful. Small coffee shop / bar downstairs was lovley, nothing was too much best cocktails :-) .
Pool looked nice but bit cold for us to try in November.

Excellent hosts in a well thought through and comfortable pension.
Pros:

Excellent location near the turtles’ fountain roundabout on the main road into Dalyan, with a narrow entrance and bar onto this street and a larger entrance straight into the garden and bar at the back via the town main car park. (Car park charges a small fee but parking on the surrounding streets is free and a spot is always available.) The garden and rooms facing that way are very quiet despite the proximity to the town centre.
Lale and her son Gorkam spoke good English, were always on site, cheerful and endlessly helpful and friendly.
Like virtually all the previous reviewers, we found it very clean and comfortable, lovely wide comfortable beds, great a/c, en suite bathroom and generous balcony overlooking the pool and garden, the latter with substantial shade at any time. Rooms were cleaned whenever requested. Free wifi throughout the pension. Turkish breakfast was served in a room in the garden.
The property is open all year but they do not serve breakfast during the winter months.
We will stat here next time we cone to Dalyan.

Pros:

Lovely owners who were very friendly and helpful.

Location is in centre of Dalyan, only 20 metres or so from the bus drop off / pick up area. Despite its central location we found it peaceful at night.

Rooms are basically furnished, but we knew this beforehand so were not disappointed.

Pros:

The welcome, the location, and the beds! Been to Turkey many times and these were by far the most comfortable beds we've slept in.
All facilties were clean. Lovely pool and the family couldn't do enough for you. Would absolutely stay there again.
