Room was oriented to the front of the property onto a main road which had traffic noise, so we had to keep windows closed.

The hotel was in a good location for visiting sites associated with Rabbie Burns. Woody's Ice Cream Parlour directly across the street did some lovely ice cream varieties.

The room was noisy from passing traffic and bathroom fan noise from other rooms but earplugs were provided which helped a little
