Pros:

The receptionist was friendly and professional

Cons:

The cleaner, when asked to assist in opening thedoor she ignored me on my 4th attempt she started to ask if i needed assistance and it was too late. U don't like the single bed(bunk)

Terrible
Pros:

Staff could not control visitors. I was woken by shouting in the early hrs around 3/4am drunk neighbours around 8:am I had to deal with them tell them to respect other people occupying the rooms
I had a zoom meeting to lo on to. It was bad

Cons:

I was booked in a smoking area room. I coughed right through my stay. The rooms were too small for me
