The location and warmth as it was cold and raining

Cons:

There were cocroaches in the bathroom and the made me feel uncomfortable had to use my shoes to kill them but could not clean them and reported to the reception in the morning Room 209
There was also the noise of evacuation alarm at 6:am had to wake up and ask the reception what's wrong then they said the smoke from shower was detected then alarms went on
