Cons:

We booked for people who had been displaced. So inhumane treatment. The lady who took them was completely emotionless. So inhumane. The people had lost all their belongings. Requested them to be taken for at least a night as it was too late. 2200 to be precise. The gentleman really tried, but the lady that night. One of the worst cold-hearted person you can ever have in a team. Was very disappointed, but God was good in it all. Found alternative accommodation for the night for the people.

Overall awesome experience
Pros:

Experience was ok - Coffee machine was working

Cons:

Just one drunk patron...who broke beer bottle....at the parking lot, not a good sight, perhaps the Security guard must walk around instead of just sitting at Reception area

I couldn't slightly open the window in the morning, it doesn't have way to adjust it to how slightly you need it open. It's either closed or wide open.
