最高の立地　ただ近辺に夜空いているレストランは少ない。
Pros:

立地がいい。wifi も問題なし。

Cons:

朝食がオーダー形式で、メニューが少ない。
2泊したが、シャンプーが補充されていなかった。

Very comfortable and friendly environment.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with big rooms. Our windows opened to the plaza below. Our bathroom was tiny awkward in that the shower was a glass box in the corner of the room, next to the toilet in an opaque glass box. Otherwise, the room was spacious with a sofa, giant screen TV, small table for two, comfortable large bed, with reading lamps and nightstands. Wifi was good. The generous complementary breakfast was delicious with endless coffee. The employees at Domingo Santo are wonderful! The folks working the restaurant breakfast were engaging and fun. I do not have everyone's name but everyone was very friendly and professional. A very special thanks to Reception employee Aydee and Restaurant server Daniel--two employees who went beyond their roles to help us and make us feel welcome! We recommend Domingo Santo!

Cordero Gerente the owner/manager was super helpful when I had a small issue with the hotel….he was amazing. Great
Pros:

Set in a historic building overlooking the square. Beautiful. 7 Eleven convenience store across the street and excellent street food vendors right at your doorstep. Very good location for sightseeing. Easy walk to busy shopping streets and landmark buildings. Very good rooftop breakfast. Beds are comfortable. Place is very clean. Good shower, bathroom. Lovely rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Generally a very good vibe.

Cons:

Walkable to metro but a little far…Uber is so cheap in the city if you don’t like to use subway (which is amazing)
It’s a little sketchy at night. But I never felt unsafe. Just not that many people around. Again, if you use Uber from wherever you are coming from you need not worry. Thursday - Sunday rooftop bad which is a noisy but it all ends early so it was not really a problem for us. Starts around 5:00 to 7:30 maybe later on Fridays.

Beautiful hotel and excited to return again!
Pros:

The hospitality, accomodations and services were top notch. The location was wonderful, walking distance to the zocolo and Alameda park.

Cons:

Attention to detail and service was lacking. We booked the presidential suite and the shower gel was empty, everything in the fridge required a bottle opener and there wasnt one and there wasnt even a spoon for coffee. Basic details that for that rate shouldnt be lacking. Breakfast and restaurant service was great.

Excepcional, exquisito!!!
Pros:

Un exquisito gusto en su arte, en su arquitectura, en sus muebles, la calidad de las camas es deliciosa, las luces, el café, el agua, el desayuno, la ubicación, la atención. Los detalles de un escritorio hermoso al recibirte en tu habitación, los lugares que te recomiendan, el libro que te dejan para leer... todo de verdad excepcional. Muchísimas gracias.

Pros:

I was initially assigned a room on the main floor, at street level. It was very noisy. The manager very kindly offered to move me to a higher floor when a room became available. That was a huge improvement.

Cons:

The music from the upstairs restaurant is very loud. Rooms on the main floor also get a lot of noise from the street. The hotel is beautiful, but better soundproofing in the rooms would improve them a lot.

Beim nächsten Mal wohl wieder dort hin!
Pros:

Der Restaurantbereich und die Qualität dort ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Die Livemusik hat auch uns Touristen mitgerissen und wir hatten Riesenspaß!

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts was groß zu bemängeln wäre.
