Very cold. Aircon didn't work. Substandard facilities

The aircon in our room was not working and it was very cold. We asked for an extra blanket and we received a very thin blanket.

My stay was awesome.
Pros:

I loved everything, it was close to where I can get food, the smell in the corridors was awesome, the hospitality of staff, the security officer was helping my mom to get to the room with patience understanding the age

Cons:

There are no elevators/ lifts to help with elders, as we got a third floor space, an elder gad to go up and down for the whole weekend. Hope olin your online bookings you can add preferences such as that.

The lady at the reception was super friendly and check ins are fast

Cons:

The aircon was not working and it was cold,shower head also needs to be replaced..tv channels are also not there so I missed a game
