EL hotel no contaba con mi reservacion y me cambiaron a otro lugar

It’s a fully furnished apartment with full kitchen and in-room laundry. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. Walk-in closet.
Not enough lighting in the bedroom.
There were two coffee pods for the coffee maker. There was never any room service so there was never any restocking of the coffee. I checked with the concierge desk and they said it was up to Orbitz to arrange the room servicing. I didn’t contact Orbitz because I doubt it would have gotten me coffee pods within a few minutes like at a regular hotel.
Very tight building security - must use your key to access the building, elevator, and to lock & unlock the room door. Although the keys have the building and room number on them, which kinda defeats the security.

This is a very nice property in a prime location, but we had a couple issues while staying. Our room was not ready (wasn't even cleaned) at check in, so we had to move one night to a different property. No parking pass left, could not find the keys. Secondly, the woman at the reception was arrogant and rude, from what I observed not just to my party.

Great location and access to town center & WOD. The fitness center and the game room are nice to have.

ワシントンに着いた当日の昼食時にメールを見ると、Expediaから予約した部屋の提供ができないとメールが入っていた。
当ホテルには数日前に冷蔵庫等をリクエストするために電話をしたら、メールで連絡をしてくれと言われ直ぐにメールを送ったが返信がなかった。その後、何回も電話をしたが、留守電が一杯のために連絡がとれない状態が続いたので、ホテルに何か問題が起こったのではないかと疑念をいだいていた。
その結果が今回の事態をまねいたのだが、少なくとも出発前に連絡をもらうと心の準備ができたが、当日の昼食後にホテルに向かおうと思っていた時にメールを見ると前述の情報が入っていたのでショックだった。
代替のホテルはTysons Cornerだったが、8日間連続でHyatt Regency Restonに通う必要があると伝えるとOwnerから地下鉄のTysons Corner駅に近くに変更してくれて2Bed Roomの素晴らしい部屋だったが、通うのが大変なのでどうしようかなと思っていたら、RestonのHotelに移ってほしいと言われ、翌日に移動した。2つ星のHotelだが通うのにTysons Cornerより便利なので取りあえずは満足しました。

予約後に、クレジットカード情報を国際電話で伝えろと言われ、何度電話してつながらず。チェックイン時には、hotels.comの予約は確認できるが、管理会社側の予約は確認できないと言われ、cosmopolitanという別のアパートに行ってくれと言われ、そこでも予約が確認できないと30分以上待たされ、やっとゲストルームに通された。部屋の中には、記載されていたバスアメニティはない、ゴミ箱はない、テッシュもない、おまけにTVは壊れてるととんでもない部屋だった。クレームを入れても反応なし。領収書を依頼しても、結局発行してくれず、最初から最後まで、こんなに不愉快な思いをしたのは初めて。全額返金処理すべき。絶対にこのアパートメントホテルには宿泊しないほうがいい。

i will definitely stay here again, well if everyone else didn’t decide to stay here now and I can’t get a room. Seriously was the best place I have stayed at in Reston town center. Remember to pay in advance and not at the hotel

This was an apartment not a hotel. When I arrived they know nothing of my arrival. They call the management company that said the room was not available. The did not have anything within 15 miles of this location available either. I had to check into another hotel.

It was a very comfortable apartment, with all the comforts of home.
Easy walking to many great restaurants and shops.

The staff at the LRV did not have the information about my reservation done through EXPEDIA

we were happy with the room we ended up with but it was not the one we booked originally. We were told that the person renting our room had a late checkout and we would have had to wait an extra 2 hours for it to be ready even though we arrived at around 3PM, no heads up, no email. So, we Bad read all around.
